This guy COULD be wrong. He could be. He could be a dirty perv that wants to get off the Strong Girls Real Women Love Football Smart Women Love The Philadelphia Phillies Vintage shirt in contrast I will get this hook. Or he could be someone that was duped. Considering the girl has a list of men that are being charged with this, it sounds like she’s more like my ex friend than an innocent party to this. If you polled the women in your life I think you would find most of us were getting oggled by old men when 16< years old regardless of breast size. If a man can't tell the person in front of them is 20 years younger than him he's more than dumb. Yeah once the state is involved it’s up to them to proceed or drop a case. The victim can ask that the charge be dropped, and the state may consider that, but it’s within the discretion of the state. Here, the state has an interest in prosecuting the guy bc his conduct caused harm to a minor. If the state doesn’t prosecute it makes others feel like they can do the same thing without consequence. And then when the next one is prosecuted, they yell but what about the last guy you let off? And there’s a scandal. But yeah ultimately the state does need the victim to cooperate and testify at trial. Without her testimony it’s a difficult case to prosecute. In both tort and criminal law, strict liability exists when a defendant is liable for committing an action, regardless of what his/her intent or mental state was when committing the action. In criminal law, possession crimes and statutory rape are both examples of strict liability offenses.

Physically? They kind of all look the Strong Girls Real Women Love Football Smart Women Love The Philadelphia Phillies Vintage shirt in contrast I will get this same at this point. Kind of predatory to be going after 19 year olds in your 30s anyway though. Look I’m going to be extremely blunt: as an adult it is your job to verify the age of someone you are interested in sleeping with. There is no way a 14 year old can look anywhere close enough to be age of majority. Your buddy is 32. I can tell you as someone who went on a date with someone who claimed they were 21, when they were really about 16 – I knew within a 15 or 20 minutes that they were not the age they were claiming. It was MY JOB as the ADULT to verify this information.
