The simple act of coming out and wanting to be yourself is not a statement, nor should it be taken as one. But some people want it to be and those people have nothing but bad intentions. Coming out publicly, like Emily just did, will piss them off because they know that like Chris with MrBeast before her, if Linus and the Stitch pumpkin blood moon Frito lay logo halloween shirt in contrast I will get this new CEO accepts it, it will further help the acceptance and normalization of trans people, and that’s the last thing they want. Having a public figure such as MrBeast or Linus accept a trans person in their circle, especially their public circle, is an absolute nightmare for these people. The harder they push against the simple existence of trans people in those circles, the more people in the community they try to infiltrate will want to reject them.

For as awful as the Stitch pumpkin blood moon Frito lay logo halloween shirt in contrast I will get this Chris situation was, it was also heartwarming to see how a large part of the community reacted to seeing people just trying to hurt them for the mere act of them being themselves. These people will only lose more and more ground the more people like Emily come out. They’re losing, and they know it. That’s why they’re trying to push back this hard. It sucks that this has to be something political, it sucks that this immediately makes you a target for harassment. But that shouldn’t stop you from coming out. It’s hard. Really hard. But I have faith on this. I genuinely think we are getting better and we’re not seeing it because some of the people in power are doing incredible damages, notably in the US, to our communities. But acceptance seems to be growing despite them. I also have faith in the LTT community to ride this out and weed out the dumbfucks among us.
