Before we stay in one of our properties we usually get our local manager, and/or one of our contractors, to spend a few hours in the Steph Curry 30 Basketball American Player Basketball Golden State Warriors T-Shirt but in fact I love this home finding issues, then a few days fixing them. When we stay there we will typically make a list of 100 things to fix in the home, 90% of which were missed by the manager. Sometimes we will notice the toaster is missing, or a hairdryer doesn’t work. We will use the showers and spot problems. We will be there at nighttime and see where the lighting is insufficient or hear nighttime animal noises. There is just so much detail you can’t spot unless you actually use the place. This is something that hosts should consider mandatory…but I’ve never done it.I do have the same mattress, pillows and sheets as the rental does (mine are ones that used to be in the rental which I replaced). So, I guess I’ve halfway stayed overnight at the rental…

I stayed in a super shitty superhost basement Airbnb with 5 rooms for ilsoniq in quebec last year and it had no AC, bugs everywhere. It was a disgusting price like 200$ each for 6ppl from Thursday to Sunday. Also went to PEC in ontario for 3 nights at some old time murder house with catfish photos. 4500$ CAD for the Steph Curry 30 Basketball American Player Basketball Golden State Warriors T-Shirt but in fact I love this whole weekend. Fake room (loft with 3 single beds) didn’t even know and it was god fucking awful plumbing. This was superhosted, broken oven door and worms coming in from the back door where we went to buy some sort of chemical powder to cover the door frame so they wouldn’t come in during our stay. Making my own listing i used these as the bar because I’d never want to come back. If I wouldn’t rent my own listing then it’s not ready. Airbnb did great connecting me with a superhost so I could ask questions for my first listing but coming from a clean household upbringing ensured that kind of quality. (Dishwashers are a placeholder for dishes, don’t walk in the house with your shoes etc) We actually plan to stay in ours for winter and spring every year. I plan on coming back to Tennessee for summer and fall for fishing and hunting. Winter hunting in New Mexico. I plan to rent out the NM house in summer and fall (peak tourist season).
