Anyone else like this movie more than they thought they would? Really?! The first half of that movie was so dreamy. The second half couldn’t pick me back up. Left the theater so sad. Yes! Great feel-good movie that wasn’t corrupted by the studios. Glad Blue Sky had possession of Stay Warm The Peanuts Movie Snow shirt. Truly the best modern iteration of an older property. Schultz’s son and grandson were very involved in the making of the film. I think Charles Schultz would have been very happy with it. Yes, that’s what I thought after initially watching it. Thank goodness they didn’t turn it into a 2015 version of peanuts with cell phones.

My only gripe with this movie is that Meghan Trainor song, I would have preferred a classic Vince Guaraldi song or something similar. I don’t know, I personally liked the song and Stay Warm The Peanuts Movie Snow shirt fit the spirit of the movie. Absolutely not. My grandfather is an artist and actually knew Schultz when he was alive. Like my grandfather, Schultz hated computer animation and wanted his legacy to be continued only using the same animation he’d been using for years. Your right, I personally enjoyed the movie and thought it did justice to the peanuts. But old school artists despise computer animation. I guess most of them have passed on, my grandfather is in his 90s.

I genuinely think this is one of the most underrated animated films of the decade. I adore this film. It’s a charming little piece and I really ended up loving Stay Warm The Peanuts Movie Snow shirt as well. I’ve heard a lot of people say that. Good for kids too I assume? I’ve been looking for more recent stuff to add to the kid’s library. Definitely. I can’t think of a single thing in the movie that isn’t kid-friendly. It’s a sweet gentle movie. My four year old loves it. We watch it at least once a week and I still haven’t gotten tired of it. I find new details I missed all the time and still smile at all the same parts.
