Heller actually states that the Stars Stripes Reproductive Rights Patriotic 4th Of July T-Shirt also I will do this right to bear arms is not unlimited and that guns and gun ownership would continue to be regulated. And by any sane stretch, it’s called perjury—something that matters to this country only if a democrat is on the stand, it seems. These 3 justices lied about their take on one of the most important issues of the last 50 years just so they could get confirmed and now they’re proceed to blow it all up. It’s my understanding that anyone giving testimony before Congress is automatically under oath to tell the truth. Everyone said at the time that they were lying or at best wouldn’t stay consistent if the chance to overturn Roe vs Wade was given. None of them lied. They said it is precedent. Which it is. Precedent isn’t absolute. They all said they’d use the standard stare decisis analysis, which the draft Alito opinion does. That would set a precedent causing all of the US Senators and US House members to be held to the same standard. If they were, they’d all be fired. As much as individuals wanted them to have lied, they didn’t, am the bringer of bad news. They basically all said it was a decision decided on based on past a ruling, and refused to agree it was ‘settled law.’ Old political school maneuvering and all that stuff.

Any senior politician knows this, she’s been in the Stars Stripes Reproductive Rights Patriotic 4th Of July T-Shirt also I will do this game for a long while and thus is incapable of not understanding so, but the public doesn’t know that so I am guessing she is doing so to gain support for her party for the midterms. The only thing that can really be done now, is passing a law to secure abortion one way or the other. But I’m doubtful, that any party going to be able to get the 60 in the senate, so likely it’s going to be a state thing, unless they do the ‘nuclear option’ or whatever they call it. Sen. Mike Lee (R) Utah was on Fux News yesterday and responded to Gillibrand’s comment by saying, “no they didn’t lie, they just did what all SC candidates do.” I almost broke the TV with a 90mph remote toss. That fact that Collins and Murkowski are shocked by this should disqualify them from running for office again. Or maybe, they are both full of shit and they are also lying.
