Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t a former president impeached for lying to Congress? Shouldn’t the Stars Stripes Equal Rights Pro Choice Feminist 4th of July Girl T-Shirt it is in the first place but same rules apply to one of the other equal branches of gov’t? Its been 50 years since Roe v Wade and these lazy fks rely on the supreme court to do their job for them. 50 years to codify it into national law and then you don’t need to rely on the court not to overturn it. I know it would mean less time to argue over useless shit in the senate but sometimes you actually have to do your job, lazy fks. If I lied during a job interview and got exposed for it on the job I’d be fired. These fuckers all lied to get on the court. Zero repercussions I wonder how long before the leopards eat the faces off the Leopards Eating People’s Faces party and we get shocked and appalled Karens freaking out on Facebook because they can’t sneak their 16-year-old daughter into an abortion clinic while their friends and family aren’t looking anymore.

Shouldn’t there be consequences for perjury? Like, if you lie in a job interview and get caught you could get fired. The nation’s highest court should be no different (not to mention the Stars Stripes Equal Rights Pro Choice Feminist 4th of July Girl T-Shirt it is in the first place but last few shouldn’t have been hired in the first place). I’m an very very very prochoice but I have a pragmatic question if anyone wants to answer. What can we really do? Sure we can vote dem and protest but will that stop this from happening? I don’t wanna he defeatist but as we’ve seen over the years (Iraq War, BLM, Occupy Wallstreet and police reform protests) nothing has ever stopped it. I feel like despite how the majority doesn’t want this, it’s the world we’re going to have to live in. I fucking hate it. And they knew, being wonderfully unencumbered by ethics, that there would be zero consequences for saying whatever they needed to say to get where they wanted to go. And they were right.
