It doesn’t matter, the Stars stripes and equal rights patriotic 4th of july usa shirt so you should to go to store and get this damage is done. All involved know it’s 10x as hard to take an idea out of someone’s head once you’ve put it in there. Option one is that you lose your democracy as the Republicans either rig the election, or they legitimately win even after Trump has admitted outright that he had staged a coup. This would be analogous to Hitler winning the federal elections in 1932 after campaigning on a platform of winning democratically to dismantle democracy in Germany. The loss of democracy would be bad enough; the U.S. might never recover, and if the Roman Republic is anything to go by, it might be game over forever at that point. Option two is that Americans fight back when Trump and his supporters do what they will inevitably try to do. There are two plausible ways that this fight back might play out:

(A) The U.S. military take matters into their own hands and decide that America has no king; they are not going to be ruled by a tyrant. (B) The blue states announce that they will secede from the Stars stripes and equal rights patriotic 4th of july usa shirt so you should to go to store and get this union, or at least make a plausible enough threat that the anti-democratic crazies in the red states will have no choice other than to back down. Of these two outcomes under the “fight back” scenario, (B) seems infinitely preferable. What precedent would it set if democracy in the U.S. had to be saved by the soldiers because half the citizens were so malformed and corrupted? This is about saving democracy with all the significance of WW2, and sentimental Twitter activists who ring their hands about how “Not all people in red states are Republicans” will badly need to STFU. Anybody can see that not everyone in a red state is a Republican or a bad person. But this is about what tactical steps are necessary for actually saving democracy, from the part of the population that have become its enemies?
