What a weird and abstract ending. Everyone was properly confused and began to break out into discussion groups. What did we just see? Were the Starbucks not for the weak horror movie halloween shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this flames symbolic of something? Genocide!? Nuclear war!? It did look a bit like an H-Bomb, someone said out loud. The employee explained that it would be another 20-30 minutes before they could resume the film. The audience grumbled and groaned. I was a punk college kid who definitely did *not* want to wait another minute or return to see the ending, so I shouted “we want our money back!” I thought I was being funny. But the crowd responded with cheers and angry shouts of approval. And… just like that, it seemed that the crowd had transformed into an angry mob. Oops. I wondered: do people go to prison for instigating riots? The poor theater employee rushed out, then back in a few moments later. He announced nervously “Okay! We’re going to refund your money! And give you a voucher for a free movie! Just please… please don’t break anything!” The mob seemed satisfied with the offer and left without causing trouble. And no important lessons were learned by me. FoodFight. I was wanting something that was “so bad it’s good”, but it’s legitimately the worst movie I have ever seen

House of The Dead. It was so god awful. People in the Starbucks not for the weak horror movie halloween shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this theater were making fun of it and making their own commentary. That was the only redeemable part of watching the movie. Ugh, everyone has and always will say the typical worst movies we all agree on, I’ll go with one I saw recently that I’m sure meant well but it was actually a terrible execution. A Good Person (2023). Florence Pugh, Morgan Freeman. About a girl soon to wed the love of her life right before a terrible car accident that leaves two friends dead that she’s responsible for, so her life spirals out of control. Zack Braff wrote and directed, so you’d think it’d be better. Served with an obviously thick layer of cheese, I just found the execution very lacks. Florence did okay but every one else was so generic with no charismatic writing or character added. Just stupid people getting in obvious stupid situations without any work on any plot, just every now and then they look at themselves and go “man whoa was me”. The script was so straight-to-DVD destined, its like a mature movie you turn on for the kids, but its all trying to be edgy and R rated with fuck this fuck that, you really don’t know what the target audience is.
