LOL see after having kids all i feel like doing is dying, it would be quicker. babies and toddlers are great! once they get into school then about to 4-5th grade they become something else. They get opinions and your an idiot that doesn’t know anything anymore. They don’t come around again till about 20 something. Leonardo da Vinci once said: just as a well filled day brings blessed sleep, so a well employed life brings blessed death. Everyone focuses on where we go when we die. What about where you were before you were born? I personally believe they’re the Stana katic castle signature shirt moreover I will buy this same “space”. Believe it or not, shrooms. Now I could tell you about my personal experience with psychedelics for this same issue, but there has actually been scientific research into this that is more convincing than on shrooms, I realized I am just like an old computer. My brain is the hard drive, and in 20 years it will be the equivalent of an old hard drive that boots Windows 98, with a bunch of old irrelevant photos and card games. Not much use to anyone. Then my cpu will be the equivalent of a 386dx 40 MHz, and my case will be yellowed and dinged to shit. I’ll be trapped in this old machine, tired and wanting to leave. I won’t be afraid, my mind will understand it’s time to let go, once I’m at that point. You can live your life with the constant fear of death, or you can just live your life, which is kinda the point. Not much of a life if you are always afraid of the unavoidable end. That would be a waste of time. It’s already part of the contract, we can’t have life without death. So basically no use worrying about it now. All of our thoughts and memories are actually pretty irrelevant when you look at the entire scope of the universe. The only thing constant is our energy which will never die. The energy we put out while we are alive. This energy would be tainted if we gave in to obsess over death during our entire stay. It would be narcissistic to want to continue forever. We are not as amazing as we think we are.

Fear of death is entirely natural, and your need to address it might vary on how and when you are experiencing it. If you are in constant fear for your mortal life, day in, day out – you need physiological help, a visit to a therapist would help a lot. If you’re only experiencing fear in situations that evoke the Stana katic castle signature shirt moreover I will buy this response – such as when you’re driving, a lingering fear of an accident or such occurring – this is completely natural, and I would only encourage exploring why you experience such fear – a therapist, again, is pretty much always helpful. You are a parent, you care for your children (I assume). It’s very normal for parents(newer ones in particular) to have a renewed view of their mortality following the birth of their children. Fun ideas with small risks become more and more terrifying, as you realize that if you become part of that 0.01% who die – you’re leaving behind others whom depend on you.
