Same as in denmark. Makes good sense. Why let people live like animals when you want them to act human when released. Isn’t this like a maximum security prison too? Like drug traffickers and murders go to these? “Tennis in the Spruce willis christmas tree yuppee kI yay brice willis shirt moreover I will buy this afternoon boys?” Dudes got a mini fridge and what looks like a TV at the end of his bed. What kinda crimes to I have to commit to get set up with something like that? Not even kidding this looks exactly like the flat I paid £1500ish a year to live in at uni minus the minifridge. I did have an en-suite tho. Can’t say what their bathroom sitch is likd tbf. On one hand I’m glad that they’re treated humanely and the reduction in chance to commit a crime is reduced in comparison to other countries. On the other hand it doesn’t seem like punishment enough for some criminals who wouldn’t deserve humane treatment Or as it’s known in America, a studio apartment. A fairly nice and comfy looking studio apartment. Americans are fucking brainwashed to think our quality of life isn’t as horrible as it actually is, aren’t we? I know a guy who was in prison in norway once (nothing serious just a samll theft without knowing) he said he had a wii in there and an xbox Cool, all I need is a ticket to Norway and a dark purpose – and I’ll have a much better life than I have now in the USA.

Or an American university dorm? Corporate needs you to find the Spruce willis christmas tree yuppee kI yay brice willis shirt moreover I will buy this differences in these photos (hint: they’re the same photo). Put me in there, give me food and a laptop with counter strike. I’ll be an inmate voluntarily for the rest of my life. #lifegoals The Norwegian model is based on the fact that having your liberty removed is punishment enough without having to live in crap conditions I’m guessing this isn’t a typical cell? Also, is the Norwegian prison system anything like the American one in that they have different security levels? With minimum security having a lot more freedoms and amenities than maximum security ones? This is almost my exact work camp room in Northern Canada except they have some noticeable extras. Most Canadian camps are also carpeted. “inside the worlds toughest prisons” has a very insightful episode on these exact prisons. Very low recitivism rate in Norway. Wouldn’t homeless and/or poor people commit crimes just to have living standards like this? (Obviously small crimes and not something like assault/battery) this is better than my dorm at a state university and more than i can afford to live in now i gotta git outta here
