First, I went to a West End show and during intermission went to the Springsteen & The E-Street Band World Tour Guitar 2024 shirt and I love this restroom to find that there was already a line of 7 or 8 people. This surprised me because I had beelined there and there’s usually not that long a line at places like that. Then I noticed that the line was for either stalls or the urinals…and there was a row of about ten urinals, not a single one of which was being used. So I and one other guy in the back of the line cut ahead and used them. I couldn’t imagine that all the other people waiting for a stall had to go #2, so I wondered if they were embarrassed to use them? (They were old school with no dividers, which I know bothers some people.) Second, at the National Gallery I went to the restroom and once again there was a line…because there were NO urinals! There were only stalls, each one of which had its own sink in it. I’ve never seen a setup like that in a large men’s room.

I know those are just two examples, but they both struck me as so odd that I thought I’d ask.
