If you can, take him someplace where he can people watch. Especially kids! We took our 4 month old to the Spongebob Patrick Star Green it’s St Patrick’s Day shirt in contrast I will get this playground and he quietly watched kids run around for 20 min. Not a full break because we had to be there holding him, but you can meet up with a friend and might get to have a conversation without a baby interjecting! We live in the country and my husband is gone with the car from 6am to 6pm. So unfortunately this is quite impossible! Which is wasn’t the case though. ? Our kid is about to turn 1 and she’s extremely high-strung. We have to be in the room where she’s playing otherwise she screams and crawls to find us. I’m not sure if we’re doing something wrong, but it’s so bloody exhausting! Oh god I hope it doesn’t last till then ? the last month of this has driven me completley mad. My husband gets home from work and he takes over for his last wake window so I can get a little break

Haha, for your sake I hope so too! We do the Spongebob Patrick Star Green it’s St Patrick’s Day shirt in contrast I will get this exact same thing though and it’s been passable. I feel for my wife- she has to deal with it so much more than I do while I’m at work! Last night was particularly difficult while the night before was easy as pie. These babies change the rules so fast I don’t even know what game we’re playing anymore, lol! Mine is 7 months and has recently started basically screaming anytime she is left for more than a few seconds without interaction or entertainment. It is ROUGH. Sorry I don’t have any great advice, but I feel you! How does he do being carried? This was my daughter too, I had to baby wear for months and months. Lots of stroller walks. Once she started crawling, oh god did life get better. Hang in there
