And yet he’s back to being the Spellcasting 101 sorcerers get all the gitls legend T-Shirt also I will do this world’s richest man again. I don’t get why he bought this headache. 44 billion? Yeah I’d fuck off to a beach somewhere instead. 1/3 still seems like a huge over-estimation. That would still be over 10 billion, right? No way it’s that much, especially now. I don’t know if a publicly / governmentally owned Twitter would be any better or what but the free market just isn’t working. Twitter should never have been sold to a rich asshole who just wanted to break / control it. It had value in being a public square and now it’s in the shit. Maybe a non-profit Twitter run by places like the Holocaust Museum or something. There is value in people being able to speak freely and safely. Musk killed it on purpose. SA killed it on purpose.

Before he offered $44 billion twitter was valued at $12 billion. Maybe 13 on a good day. So from day one it was worth less than 1/3. I’m not sure how this is news. Financial services company Fidelity has reduced the Spellcasting 101 sorcerers get all the gitls legend T-Shirt also I will do this market value of its equity stake in Twitter for a third time, now putting it at $6.55 billion. That’s down from the nearly $20 billion Fidelity valued its stake at in October. This reminds me of a joke. What’s the fastest way to become a millionaire? Start with $1 billion and invest in twitter The company as a whole is worth about $14.5B according to the numbers in the article. Musk was offering equity to employees at a $20B valuation in March, so this seems in line. The rest is investors. Mostly bank loans, that will deduct amounts and tax write off and of course try to claw back lost income in other ways from consumers. This deal was always going to fuck tax payers. 44 billion dollar tax write off at like 30%. It won’t be 100% write off so tax payers are going to be on the hook for 10 billion ish. And that doesn’t even include the revenue lost from 90% of the employees musk let go. Plenty of people fell for the myth that Musk was some sort of future genius, when clearly he’s just been failing upwards his entire life until now. Suddenly, millions hate him, his only support comes from the ugliest side of humanity (racists, vampire capitalists, incels, etc). He’s revealed himself to be a petty, vengeful bully with a god complex and massive insecurity fused at the nutsack. It’s crazy how the dude gives talks about his companies and has no clue what it is that they actually do and constantly gets the science hilariously wrong but they try to pretend that you are the one who is being irrational for calling the dude an idiot. I’ll give him one thing though, buying the title of founder from the actual Tesla founders was a great move. At a glance people would actually think that he was involved in designing the cars. His superfans genuinely seem to belive he is involved in designing things.
