As people have noted, and especially since your father died intestate and you have people stealing from the Southern Moon Water Bending Academy Shirt besides I will buy this estate, you should retain a probate attorney asap. Could he not have his mother named administrator if there’s any question of age or maturity or anything like that? I understand that, but I’m sure the aunt in attempt to find any way to keep the house may try to argue he’s too young to deal with it and push her way into the fold. So my question would be, would propositioning the court to have his mother be the overseeing adult be appropriate if that becomes the issue being that she was married to his dad and is the parent Okay I think no one is actually reading what I’m saying lol, which kind of seems like a theme for this subreddit

Southern Moon Water Bending Academy Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I think the Southern Moon Water Bending Academy Shirt besides I will buy this answer to your question is just no. OP is a legal adult. You don’t ask the court to assign another legal adult to manage for a legal adult unless there is a mental capacity issue, which has not been mentioned at all here and does not appear to be at issue. I’m in the US so I can’t give specific legal advice but many laws in modern countries tend to share similarities. So hopefully you can find corroborating evidence of similar laws in ireland. If she had a will made by your father under duress, you could (hopefully) make that claim in court. Also, undercutting the children with a document that is not notarized can be contested. It’s highly unlikely he has any kind of notarized will. He would need to leave the house with her to go have it notarized. And no notary would risk their livelihood by notarzing a document with someone who is obviously impaired or in such a fragile state. At least I would hope not. I’d also like to not, her “sorting out his affairs” is usually code for “trying to figure out how to screw you so I’m stalling”. Which would indicate she either has no will or she wasn’t included in one. She strikes me as the type that would be immediately flashing that in your face if she did.
