I was completely humiliated and insecure about my skinny frame, and honestly I was skin and bones. I weighed a ridiculous 110-120 lbs. at 6’1″, and you could literally see my entire ribcage with only a thin layer of skin covering the whole sad frame. Today I weigh 165 lbs., and that’s extremely skinny for me, to the point people of late have been worried about me; my normal weight is about 180 lbs, and have at times ranged up to 230 lbs. in my adulthood. Judge a person?? We all make judgements, all the time. It’s natural, and how we survive and gauge danger. If a person approaches you covered head to toe in tattoos, with a big swastika on his forehead, and bearing menacing silver teeth you’re likely gonna be apprehensive. If they’re wearing Dockers, boat shoes, and a Polo shirt likewise you will have a different judgement of the person. We all have to make immediate judgments. The question is only “do you judge a person negatively?” And for that the answer is no.

Lol A shirt over my swimsuit is literally a gift from the gods. I no longer need to worry about bursting into flames in the sun. I am of Irish descent, and if it even clocks on my radar at all that someone has more layers than “normal” at the beach/lake/springs/pool/river I just imagine they either burn easy, don’t want skin cancer or both.
