If you’ve generally had pretty “clean” poops all your life, but you start having messier ones, the Sorry am already taken by a South Afrian guy he knows more than he says whole shirt and I love this best case scenario is a learning curve where you have to re-learn how to clean your ass. Because people in the US don’t use a hand sprayer or even a bidet. They just wipe and figure they’re done. They are not. I think it is because toilet paper is dry and you really need a wet wipe. I keep them on top of the toilet for people. I also always wondered and never knew that it was a thing for some ppl. I mean if we take medical problems aside…what the hell are you all eating that you have problems wiping? When I poop its one part that stays together. When wipe after there is basicly nothing kn the paper beside a little moisture (not sure if thats urin or part of the poop) The only time I get into more wiping is when my IBS decides to have a party and then I just wont levae the toilet anyway.

Doesn’t fibre help?(I’ve just looked at my blue coloured boxers and am asking for a friend. Am also depressed and not taken them off since Saturday, Getting a shower in 12 hours mind you!
