‘Fashionable’ isn’t the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this problem, the problem is that there are only a small number of jobs in those areas, even fewer if you have a career path that’s mainly concentrated in cities. The Earth and made made infrustructor is actually adequate but money and location and resource allocation makes it hard for the average person (not just modern civilization). Because land use controls are generally in the hands of tiny local governments. For a variety of reasons, these tiny local governments prefer single family homes be built, not apartments or even smaller things like duplexes. So generally they only allow single-family homes to be built in their jurisdiction. This means it’s difficult to build new housing where people want to be, which makes housing very expensive in the areas where people want to be, which is usually close to their job.

Everything else everyone else is gonna say about investors in the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this market and lack of government regulation around affordability is all a factor. But that stuff is kinda an accessory to the main issue, the main issue being land use regulation. Source: have worked in and around the real estate industry for close to a decade and currently getting a graduate degree in the field Mainly, because ‘everybody’ wants to live in the same places, and the people who live there don’t want more people to move in. For example, according to Realtor.com, median (sold) house price in Atlanta, GA is 360K, and 263/sq ft, whereas in Valdosta, GA, 2 hours south, it is 217K and 141/sq ft. San Francisco, CA is 1.2M and $978/sq ft.
Boston used to have a lot more people living in it. They lived in boarding houses, something that doesn’t exist anymore. Entirely families lived in three bedroom apartments, mom and dad in one bedroom, girls in one bedroom, boys in another. You could have eight people in a three bedroom. Now we have a lot more stuff, louder stuff (computers, TV’s) don’t go outside as much (for good reasons and bad ones) and just want some damn privacy already. Edit: I should add, people who are getting older and don’t have kids are not moving out to smaller homes like they used to. Moving is expensive. A new, smaller home more suitable for them might actually cost more than the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this big old house that they’re living in where four students could stay comfortably. In Boston empty nesters are moving back into the city to be close to medical care and things to do, competing with students and young professionals. Everyone wants to live here, and we’re hardly building any new stuff because NIMBY.

Where to buy this Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt
The population is decreasing in India too. There are only 5/26 states in India that have a fertility rate over 2.1. I know a lot of people are saying there are plenty of affordable vacancies in the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this middle of nowhere but…that also isn’t true, at least in my area. Affordable, yes, but vacant? absolutely not. My first apartment was in a town of 3000 and it cost 700 a month. That same apartment is now 900 a month 3 years later, which isn’t bad for a 900sq ft two bedroom. However, the only thing in town was a combination tim horton’s/wendy’s, a taco bell that was shut down 3/4 weeks a month for being understaffed or for covid, and a pickle factory. there was a speedway that was open 24/7, but when I went there at like 2am there was a literal skinhead with a swastika tattoo on his head. A pop-up flag shop set up in an abandoned parking lot across the street and sold various political flags as well as a literal iron cross flag and a swastika flag. Someone in the local grocery store went on a loud rant in june about how all queers are pedophiles.
My partner and I are queer. The apartment was beautiful, but we felt genuinely unsafe in our home, and so we moved into a shitty income limited apartment in the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this suburbs. It’s 150 less sq feet and costs 1200 a month, but I don’t feel scared going out, so that’s a plus. oh, and I don’t have to drive an hour for work anymore, which is also a plus. When the children of the baby boomers will all have moved out of their parents’ places, then the prices will go down. In where I come from this will happen in about 3 years according to scientific projections.
I’m a delivery driver. I’ve been toying with the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this idea of getting one of these bad boys for when I get one of these trucks behind me. Stick my hand out the window, give the old 5-4-3-2-1 and then blast ’em with 100,000 lumens. I tried this strategy once and the guy actually moved to the slower lane. I was genuinely shocked because I’ve never seen a polite truck driver out in the wild One time, I was in a drive thru, and the truck’s lights behind me were just blinding. Nothing you can really do, so I put my hand out to block the side mirror reflection, and they actually noticed and turned their lights off for me. I couldn’t believe it. You can actually do this with your rearview. Set a light (if you don’t have a spare vehicle) behind your rear window and sit back in the car. Adjust until the light is reflected back, then pick a place to put a small dot on the mirror where it “touches” a reference point in your interior. Now you should be able to move your rearview from its regular position, to where the dots reference point is in order to quickly shoot those photons back.
As an example my dot goes over the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this right side of the rear center headrest. Works surprisingly well, if you’re petty and have 10 minutes of free time it’s totally worth it. Sounds like it would work well for standard mirrors, but mine is auto dimming, and as far as I’m aware it wouldn’t work nearly as well unfortunately I lowkey want to put bright LED’s on the back of my car, but my car is not worth modding for that. It needs to be put down with its shitty 2009 self Wait till it happens when you’re on a motorcycle. Instant light burn on your eyeballs and you can’t see the road ahead of you. A few times I just had to pull over and let my eyes clear. There used to be something on the books that police would cite if the headlights were more than x inches from the ground. Look at semi-trucks. Their headlights still have to conform to a certain height. More than likely, this vehicle has lighting that stated “Not to be used on a public highway. Off-road use only”. What is “with” it is the fact that LEDs are brighter, that’s it. Incandescent headlights could only really get so bright. So as people switch to LEDs, we notice it more, because the lights that previously were weak are much brighter. You have to then use actual circuitry to make them be not as bright, as opposed to just reducing the current. And since the US doesn’t really have laws beyond certain construction and minimum light levels, that’s what we have. They can’t make them less bright if they don’t have some kind of baseline to go off of. The laws for stuff like this are surprisingly vague, despite what people might think.
Just tint the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this headlight covers or something, idk. The solution doesn’t have to be electrical. But I’m not here to find solutions. I’m here to complain to a bunch of strangers about the scourge of headlampocalypse. The real issue is the angle. Your headlights are supposed to illuminate the road in front of you. Your high beams aren’t really brighter lights; in some cars, all it does is changes the angle of the beams to project out further ahead. I’m calling out every new GM truck/full-sized SUV for this problem as well as almost all new large Hyundai/Kia SUVs also. It also does not help that many trucks are much taller than they used to be. Like in OPs pic, even with headlights that are aimed correctly, you can’t do anything about the fact that the brodozer behind them has headlights that are nearly five feet off the ground.
I know people hate state-mandated safety inspections, but this is the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this sort of bullshit that gets caught by them. Either that or this is the sort of bullshit that makes them mandatory. I couldn’t agree with you more. Too bad my state pretty much did away with any safety inspections and test for emissions only for regular vehicles. Not just that, they aren’t focused correctly, and most of the “extra” light systems have no focus at all, they are flood lights. For real. As someone with Keratoconus, it’s really bad. Night driving about 10 years ago was never really an issue but lately it’s been pretty bad. The worst culprits are RAM Trucks. I don’t know what it is with their light housing but those fucking things are blinding.
I like my Honda Accord. The brights sit in front of the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this regular lights. So my regular lights only reach about tail light level into the cars in front of me. Saving them from being super bright and annoying in your rearview. And my rear window is tinted heavily so bright lights from behind appear dimmed. Two VERY nifty and appreciated QoL features for me. They have laws about lights being too low to the ground, remember that VW beetle magazine cover? Why the hell aren’t there laws about cars and non commercial truck lights being too high then? A lot of people in the UK usually have no idea their lights are badly adjusted until they have to take an MoT test… At least you have inspections. I’m in Tennessee where cars aren’t inspected ever. I rebuilt a car and was told I would have to have it inspected before it would be road legal again. They walked outside saw it had mirrors, lights, and a windshield and that was it. The only other thing they asked for were receipts for the parts used. It’s basically lawless here. I was speeding to get away from bright headlights one morning. Decided I couldn’t out run them and lagged behind. Turns out it was a squad car. I did that one night. I was already driving fast on an empty highway and suddenly a car was behind me right up my ass, getting so close I couldn’t see the lights. So I sped up. And again. Yea I will never have patience for these people, leave early, don’t drive in a way that increases the risk for everyone else on the road. I gave myself plenty of rime to get to my destination, something worth trying lol
If they aren’t stuck behind me and can pass easily on the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this left, I’ll keep slowing down gradually until they go around. You want to tailgate me at 45 mph in the slow lane? Sure, let me just adjust my mirrors and we can do this all day. I did this once to a tailgater on just a residential 2 lane road. She was so close to me and I could see them not paying attention from my mirror. I would slow down from 55 to 35….30… bitch would not go around me. Everyone else behind her changed lanes and got around but not her. This went on for at least 3-4 miles and I finally take my right into the park. bitch comes into the park too. still on my ass the whole time. She takes a left that I went straight at, so she was just literally too lazy to go around me but I realized next time I am just going to get into the left lane and force her in front of me.
I’ll just take my foot off the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this gas or turn cruise off if it’s on, then let the car slow itself down until they go around me Just for the people who are curious, these are 3rd gen Tacoma headlights, with the aftermarket Raptor lights installed. What’s worse is the ones who install the aftermarket off-roading amber fog lights and have those on for absolutely no reason while driving down the road. We get a lot of those here I have some mounted to my rear bumper as We do some off-roading and we have a rear hatch mounted tent, as well as some trailers, and so they work great for that. They’re also great as douche repellant. Those lights come off REAL Quick when they’re blinded If there is no traffic and you’re driving that close to me (even after I try to wave you off), I’m driving under the speed limit to piss you off. Right? I feel like this would be an excellent Mark Rober project. An AI-enabled rear mirror that directs the headlight back at a tailgating driver but then eases the angle and thus their pain as they back away from me. 🙂 I always let off the gas pedal. Whoever is behind you comes up so quickly on your back bumper that they immediately change lanes. Like others have mentioned, my rear view mirror was tilted up to block the light. It wasnt in my eyes. The fact that this thing shines light like that and how hes so close to me is just frustrating dont you think?
I have 2 light bars on my car. One facing forward the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this other facing backwards. I save use for my rear one for either dark roads, or this. They usually get off my ass after I violate their eyes back. Yes I know I’m a bad person. I also have these lights. You probably know, but in case you don’t, this is illegal – at least where I live but probably everywhere in the world – both using it on dark roads and using it for revenge against trucks with high/bright lights. You cannot legally use these while driving on public roads under any circumstances. I’m not telling you what to do, recommending you don’t do it in front of police.. In my area it’s illegal for use inside city limits, when I am in city limits they’re off. I am up in Montana, most cops really don’t care as long as long as your not obviously being a dick with them I wanted to do this so badly, but a part of my brain convinced me not to mess with garbage human beings who think having these bright beams is perfectly normal.
I turn all my mirrors toward them and just let off the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this gas until they’re forced to go around or we come to a stop then I’ll just sit there I have a 2 door Scion TC and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had this happen to me in the past couple years. These lights are so blinding that ive actually felt like i could crash because I couldn’t see anything. In my area it feels like a lot of people bought new cars so now I run into this same thing with people in front and behind me. I had a deranged cousin that drove big trucks and did this to anger people. When they said anything he would hop out and do everything to get a fight. I hope you kept getting slower, and slower, and slower…..until they finally got fed up and speed around you and get caught by a convenient cop. Wishful thinking, I know, but I hate these bright light bastards.
Problem solved right? No more taller – than usual – cars shining lights – higher than usual – into anyone elses car. When people tailgate or flash their brights at me, I immediately begin to slowly decrease my speed, significantly. People get mad at me for not speeding. I accelerate quickly and love cruise control. I just simply don’t speed. Most people are decent and just pass me, as they should. But not everyone has a fully functional brain. They really think that intimidating me with their headlights or tailgating will make me go faster. No. I drop 2 gears, and will go from 70 to 40 if I have to. Or from 30 to 10 in the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this city. Registration should go up and be based off a vehicles weight. These super trucks are stupid. Got a neighbor who got one a few months ago. They’ve used it 3 times that I’ve seen. I’ve always thought about putting a long thin mirror facing backwards on the rear dashboard. Any blinding light is literally a reflection of their own headlights. How illegal is that? “No officer, I don’t have rear facing lights, merely transporting this mirror. Oh? They were blinded by their own lights you say?”
Probably not very legal. I remember back in the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this day a bunch of high school friends getting pulled over for hanging CDs from their rear view mirrors because of the dangerous reflections they caused. Granted they also swing unpredictably but still I’d imagine they could say the same about a mirror facing backwards. So I’m not encouraging you to do this but anytime someone gets that close to me I deploy my windshield wipers. I just hold the thing down as I drive and because I’m going fast on the freeway it blows onto the car behind me. It only hits them if they’re too close, it’s safer than break-checking and it gets them off my ass I don’t like it when people tailgate. This causes accidents that multiply because they have given themselves no room for an out. When I have that problem, be it hi-beams or tailgating, I simply adjust my rearview mirror until I can see his lights reflecting in his eyes. Want to live dangerously? Brake check him.
When this happens I just slow down a little until they get annoyed and pass me. It never takes very long. Then I am left with clear vision again. I’ll adjust the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this mirrors to reflect the light back, and then I’ll go 10-15mph under the speed limit. If after a few minutes they don’t get the idea, I’ll just gradually go slower and slower and slower. They eventually back off or go around. I put a rear view cam in the middle of my back window, and one car after another would tailgate, see the camera, then back off. It was a tiny subcompact car, and I learned that people love to try to intimidate small cars. With someone that close behind me, I’m gonna be doing about 15 mph under the speed limit, especially, if they cannot pass me. Just a passive aggressive move.
When this shit happens to me I let off the Snoopy you don’t have to be crazy to be my friend I’ll train you shirt in addition I really love this gas and drive as slow as possible until they go around me. I do the same this to people who ride my ass. And these bozos CAN SEE that they are lighting up your interior like the fricken sun is right behind you, and they don’t care. I’m going to get some reflective tape for my back window. Assholes. Easiest way to spot an inconsiderate asshole. LED headlights should be illegal. Sure, you can see, but no one else on the road can. Tailgating is either complacency (lack of self awareness) or compulsion (lack of self control). Both fall under the category of incompetence. How do you minimize the potential damage of incompetence? Slow down. Easy peasy. 5 miles an hour under the speed limit will force the compulsive ones to go around. And it’ll minimizethe damage caused by the complacent ones. Often times the complacent ones suddenly become self aware when they realize they’re going 5mph under. Well the simple trick in these situation is to move one lane right and let them get ahead…. Then move one lane left and turn on your high beams… Hopefully they have learned a lesson… If your car is inadequate to pass them the enlightening lesson, accept the state of being and drive peacefully to your destination letting them bother someone else who is in front of them… People that catch you on a freeway to just sit behind you are psychopaths… I have taken to letting off the gas little by little to see how slow they are willing to go before doing something. I have gotten from 10 over the limit to almost 20 under this is my experience driving to and from work on the highways all the time. also so many ppl just drive with fog lights on as well?? so annoying, esp when it’s also hitting the side mirrors and i have to sit off-kilter to not get blinded or turn my side mirrors out a bit which also sucks cuz mine are manual
