I’m surprised I haven’t seen anyone else mentioning the Snoopy First Beagle On The Moon 1969 American Flag Shirt it is in the first place but disturbing bit at the beginning with his contact lens cameras! His eyes are suuuper bloodshot, and I thought they almost looked like they’re scarred or misshapen or something from how long he’s been wearing them. Yet another sign of a Batman out of balance lol, he needs some professional help. Do ppl in the United States really use only black umbrella at the funeral? Yes the norm is all black everything If they weren’t even gonna really show the joker they should have picked somebody with an interesting take on his voice. That fell so flat. Loved everything else tho. The website from the movie is actually real! Loved it. Thought it was an amazing way of highlighting his transformation from “Vengeance”, an angry, violent vigilante that nobody trusts to “The Batman”, a symbol of hope to the people of Gotham. Great performances from everyone, Paul Dano killed it as he always does and Robert Pattinson was great (although I’d love to see more of his Bruce Wayne in the next film). The only one I had any real issues with for some reason was Gordon. I’m not sure if it was the way he was written, the acting of Jeffrey Wright or both but he came across like an extreme caricature of a police chief. Almost like Abed from Community was doing the acting. Did anyone else get the same feeling?

Why didn’t they have Thomas Wayne resort to using the Snoopy First Beagle On The Moon 1969 American Flag Shirt it is in the first place but mob as a clever way to try to stop crime? Like make a deal with them to pay them off in return for going legit or something, and then they betray him. It would tie into Bruce’s struggle to find a balance between fighting the bad guys without becoming one. Did they just take two notes out of Darth Vader’s theme to make Batman’s ? Honestly, my favorite aspect of this movie is the portrayal of The Batman as an idea. At first, a terrifying and badass vigilante, feared on the streets by many. An idea that is seemingly great on the surface as we see at the beginning, but as we start to progress through the movie we see a complete deconstruction of that very idea. The progression from fear → hope (vengeance → justice) just seemed incredibly poignant to me.
