I just read an article about this sort of thing here in Western Washington. Parks raising the Snoopy Christmas T shirt Snoopy Merry Christmas In addition,I will do this rents to 3X the current rate and putting so many restrictions that it is just impossible to live there. I was looking for a park for my sister to move to, and many parks cost $60k+ for the home, and $750 to $1150 monthly to rent the lot. They are insane. A lot of investment companies buy these parks and then drive the residents out so they can develop the land and make a killing. Most states don’t have rent increase limits, so these vultures can do it with impunity. edit: Just watched it again and I missed the water in the sink at the beginning. Gentrification is what it’s called if I remember it right, probably the same deal. They bought the land and wanna build apartments and stuff but they can’t just kick you out so they force you out I know it’s not a great opinion, but it’s getting closer and closer to seaming that violence is an answer. Or perhaps it’s already passed.
