As for people not liking me, I think it’s just the Snoopy and Woodstock santa love christmas shirt Apart from…,I will love this way I look or my attitude. As in I don’t really give a shot what you think of me as I didn’t come to Walmart, grocery store etc to make friends. trick to that is, ‘who cares’ don’t lose sleep over thoughts that aren’t yours. as you get older you cate way less what people think of you I had to endure lots of bullying through my formative years, not just in school but in my family as well, most people never say anything or will just make up random and shallow reasons to justify their behavior (eg. “You’re ugly/fat/quiet” etc) but I’ve had the rare chance of meeting around a dozen of people who either umpropted or reluctantly told me why apparently I’m hard to like, some of their reasons were: I’m too smart, no I’m not trying to compliment myself, I was told this word by word, and that because of it, I’m intimidating to talk to because they think I’ll judge their intelligence.

Because they believe me indifferent, which I can agree to a point, acting that way was my coping mechanism to deal with my bullying for many years and other incidents in childhood, I’m trying to unlearn it, but it’s hard. My sense of humor is “weird”, when this person saw my stunned face she said that my jokes aren’t funny because they’re too dark, fair enough. I saved the Snoopy and Woodstock santa love christmas shirt Apart from…,I will love this “best” for last, this was said by a teacher to my mother during one of those meeting that were supposed to help me about my bullying, at some point she told my mom and the principal that I the other kids wouldn’t pick on me if I wasn’t always “standing out”, “fishing out for compliments” and wanting to “appeal to pity” which to this day I’m still baffled a middle-age woman would think is appropiate to say to an 9 year-old, unfortunately this was the 90’s before there was bullying awareness, and while the other teachers and my mom weren’t as mean, their answers implied they agreed to a certain point about this assessment. For me, I’m respectful to all, but I’m not overly friendly or agreeable. I have no interest in small talk. I have a sarcastic and dry sense of humor.
