if he is using GoFundMe, you can potentially report it and have it taken down. pretty sure fundraising money to pay for criminal charges is against their terms of service. I was going to point out that destroying flags (if you own them) is protected under the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this first amendment. However, Dylan Brewer didn’t destroy a pride flag. He did intentional burnouts to deface a pride intersection (a crosswalk painted with the pride flag’s colours.) It’s not even a cool vandalism like graffiti. Dude took a massive L; got caught doing a crime, and the crime wasn’t even cool. Damaging any form of public property or public works is not fine. This isn’t a “The gays get special treatment” sort of thing, you could have a portrait of Trump painted on the road and someone do this and face charges. If it’s a felony it’s probably because the monetary cost of making the art exceeded X amount of dollars, other wise it’d be misdemeanor public destruction.

I would love to see what sovereign brah would have to say if I did the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this same for American flag. The butthurt would be amazing Don’t do burnouts on public road…you are endangering other innocent people. The flag part…who gives a fuck Yeah as a queer person I’m more concerned by the fact this idiot could have hurt someone with his tantrum not the fact a street mural (bad place for one imo) got vandalized. Hit him with negligent driving and take away his license for a while. Obviously he’s not mature enough to handle it His charges aren’t about “globohomo” (what a stupid term). The flag was painted on the street, it was essentially a mural. He’s being charged because his reckless driving damaged a mural that someone else paid for.

The term “globohomo” came out of the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this whole alt-right neo-Nazi thing back in like 2016 from the TDS podcast. If someone says that then decent chance they are an active neo-Nazi. Not 100% but I would say like 90%. Burnouts can be dangerous, and as such are highly illegal in densely populated areas. – this criminal broke this law multiple times on camera. He is proud of breaking these laws and unabashedly argues he should be given light judgement becuase he… checks notes… literally did it as a hate crime… which is another felony. I don’t think this will, nor do I think it should hold up in the Supreme Court which I’m certain this will get taken to. Obviously there is the issue of protected classes but to me this is falls under free speech (he should still be charged with vandalism though). If you can burn a US flag you should be able to burn (or in this case do a burn out on) a pride flag. Again he should still be charged with vandalism just as someone burning a US flag should be charged with arson like offences but there shouldn’t be extra charges for the speech itself.

EDIT: Actually I just did a bit of googling and have changed my mind but I think the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this thought process is important to leave up. It turns out that burning bibles and pride flags is absolutely protected as I said above, BUT, only if it is yours to damage. Burning any type of flag as an act of protest is protected by the First Amendment if the individual owns the flag and is not committing other crimes, said Douglas Laycock, a law professor at the University of Virginia School of Law (here). “If I buy a gay pride flag and burn it as a protest, without endangering other people or property, there is no crime, and so my hateful motive is irrelevant,” he said. “If you burn someone else’s Pride flag with the intent of trashing gays because of their status, it might be a hate crime,” Neuborne said. “But only because the flag was not yours to burn, and only if the necessary intent was proved beyond a reasonable doubt.”

How I can buy this Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt

This case would fall under the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this latter I would say as it wasn’t his to damage. I think he still might argue that it was public property so maybe he has some right to it but it is far far far more tenuous. Will be interesting to see No… He’s getting a felony because the MOTIVATION behind his crime, which would have otherwise been a misdomeanor, was charged by hate (Target being based on race, sex, gender, religion, sexual preference, gender identity, ect). Federally any crime, that can be proven as a hate crime, can be charged with a felony. It s a felony because he vandalized an item worth more than $1000 bucks. Intent and motive and the specifics of the item damaged have absolutely nothing to do with it. It’s solely about the value of the item he intentionally damaged. Florida law has different classifications for vandalism; If the damage amounts to $200 or less, the crime is charged as a second-degree misdemeanor. If the damage is greater than $200, but less than $1000, it is a first-degree misdemeanor. If the damage is over $1,000, it is a third-degree felony.
It’s a thirddegree felony because it was over $1000 in damage. The hateful bigoted piece of shit has not yet been charged with a [edit: hate] crime, but he should be. I know this, but the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this same people that think the can deface the pride flag, will lose their minds if you destroy an American flag. I legitimately didn’t even see the person all the way on the left. I literally thought that the guy in the middle was supposed to be the world’s shortest person and I was so confused because I’m like.. this guy isn’t short!? And then all of a sudden my eye caught the person on the left and I’m like oh shit! I was also confused, but then I remembered reading woman in the title of the post and he didn’t look like a woman to me, that’s when I found Jyoti.
Same lol. I kept reading the Snoopy And Charlie Browns High Five Kansas City Chiefs X Kansas City Royals Shirt also I will do this title thinking that it was all wrong, surely it’s the world’s tallest woman and the world’s shortest… wait, that guy isn’t even short, wut? Then, I saw her. According to his doctors, “abnormally high levels of growth hormone are dangerous because they can cause heart failure, diabetes, high blood pressure and may increase the risk of colon cancer. Kosen suffers from spinal deformities as a result, and must walk with crutches.” His condition if left untreated, or only partially treated, was certainly threatening to limit his life expectancy and the quality of his life. Here’s a bit of information on his health status after the second procedure that appears to have resolved the underlying cause of the condition. They didn’t say how much this might have extended his life or whether he was in eminent threat of death before the surgery. gonna go ahead and guess an 8’3″ dude who stopped a life threatening condition halfway and requires a cane to move around isn’t gonna pull a Jimmy Carter
