Listen imma say this out of respect, as a little kid i used to press ALL the buttons i could find, no joke they took me to a museum that was full of buttons and i had my index finger ready to go. So chances are if i had been to this exhibit as a child i would have probably pressed the button because haha buttons were interesting to me. Couldn’t they have just rigged it with an alarm that makes loud noises, instead of blending, when someone turned it on. Everyone would know who did it and no gold fish would have to die. I definitely would have done it fully expecting something completely other than actually blending the fish to happen. More interesting would be a digital scoreboard that increases with each button press. No harm needed, but a far more interesting measure. I’m sorry, why did anyone think that was going to be a good idea? People suck and you’re bound to be around one of the ones who does suck at any given moment. What a twist it would’ve been if the switch did nothing, and the person has to live knowing they were this close to committing animal cruelty.
