My ex boss, the Skull Seattle Seahawks And Washington State Cougars Heart It’S In My Dna Shirt it is in the first place but owner of a big company, hired a Chinese au pair. One day, i was at her PC and i saw a document on the desktop. I clicked on it, it was an au pair contract, she paid this poor girl 260€ a month. Ok, she had a place to stay and eat, but oh boy , you can’t do shit with that amount of money in Germany. This girl was up every morning at 8h sharp, she dressed her daughter and took her to kindergarten and picked her up hours later. Then she spent almost every afternoon with her, sometimes doing housework on demand. they have all the responsibility, accountability, work, and zero representation – because when it’s time to make decisions as a family, guess who isn’t part of the family anymore And funny thing, she is still in contact with old au pairs, these poor girls think ” they are part of the family”.

Exactly, pay for the Skull Seattle Seahawks And Washington State Cougars Heart It’S In My Dna Shirt it is in the first place but au pair’s degree or some sort of social/financial mobility so they can free themselves or it’s just exploitation. Actually it’s legal to pay aupairs 280 euros/ month. You can do that. In my opinion no one should work for that low income with that amount of work/stress/ fucked up work/life balance. Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s right… As far as I know in that kind of setting the hosts have to pay for language classes and certain other things as well. The 260 are supposed to be pocket money. Of course it could have been a private contract as well where all kind of things are possible I’m sorry, saying “luckily” is so sad here. I understand it could definitely be worse but I hope you both get to a more comfortable place.
