The way the Skull hippie lucky McDonald’s St.Patrick’s day Irish shirt Besides,I will do this electoral college is run, the person who gets the majority of votes in any one state gets all of the electoral votes of that state. The way this works out is that because there’s less people in one area, that means their vote will have a bigger impact in the which way their votes go. Say there are 90,000 people in one state. They would have 2 senate votes, and they could have a maximum of 3 rep votes. That’s 5. Now say there are 150,000 in another state. That’s 2 senates and a max of of 5 rep votes, so 7. The people in the 150,000 state only influence .0007% of their 7 votes, while people in the 90,000 state influence .0011% of their 5 votes. Their vote functionally matters more just because they live around less people. The votes should be equal between people, instead of having states vote from majorities of different totals.

The people in the Skull hippie lucky McDonald’s St.Patrick’s day Irish shirt Besides,I will do this state with 90,000 people shouldn’t get 1.5714 times as much say as people in the state with 150,000, but that’s how the electoral college works. Every time I see a map comparing population of California to other places in the country, I immediately know to not give a damn about that map. If the entire world population were compressed to the same density as a neutron star, we’d be the size of a sugar cube. LA isn’t trying hard enough. The vast majority live in half the county too. The Angeles national forest, high desert, and Santa Monica mountains make up about half the county and have very low numbers of residents. would like to point out that georgia state has about half a million more people than Los Angele. (.58m) according to google We should probably have a few city states at this point. NYCtri state area, la county, I’m sure there are a few others. North Carolina has LAC but about half a million people as of last census. Still pretty impressive that LAC is so populous. And how many US House representatives does LA county have? I’m sure it’s not a proportional amount to all of those states.
