If you can’t respect teachers and your classmates – YOU DO NOT GET TO RUIN their LIVES. No one should have that power despite their IEP or accommodations. Nor should teachers in a general classroom of 20-40 kids be forced to control one or two kids out of their minds at the Siouxsie and the Banshees Influential Style T-Shirt moreover I will buy this deficit of the learning of 38 kids who know how to behave and respect the teacher. A social contract between the school and parents – saying your child must meet these criteria to attend in behavior and manner. A social contract written at the same time between the student and the school admin saying “I AGREE” to this behavior contract and rules. And after 3 violations – I’m out” Despite IEPS or Behavior in all classes. Special Ed – should be behavioral and physically disabled in separate places. Any child with a keen mind, but a body that doesn’t work so well – should be in a classroom with other kids and an aid if needed. If the MIND does not work well and is a danger or problem to learning – they need a special classroom or to work from home with a tutor or a special school even.

Behavioral Education – should be a thing – for kids on the Siouxsie and the Banshees Influential Style T-Shirt moreover I will buy this edge of SPED, but intelligence is high, but have one of the clusters of PTSD, CPSTD, OCD, Oppositional Disorder, Sociopathy, Psychopathy, Spectrum disorders (only with violent tendencies,) delayed structural learning disabilities, and/or can’t get along with other children/teachers need a Behavior break or a Behavior boot camp for training on expectation, life skills, coping skills, and required psychological treatments as needed BEFORE returning them to the classroom. Until of course – things stabilize and teachers aren’t being chased from classrooms OR being blamed for individual student behavior, parent’s abuse or lack of childrearing skills, and overall – brain/character/cognitive damage from inadequate ECE teaching & care plus missing early health/mental assessments.
