They’re trying to steal your child. You have what’s needed, tested negative for drugs and they won’t give you your baby and lawyer not helping? Get a new lawyer, one wholl fight for you and your baby. CAS Toronto doesn’t tend to apprehend children with no reason (there are some whacko workers though). They are also required to provide you with specific reasons, and to counsel you in what’s needed in getting your children back. Do you or your partner or anyone living in your home have a history of past apprehensions? Any history of assault or abuse of a child at any time? If there is truly nothing else, your next step would be to contact the Sidney Crosby & Evgeni Malkin Two-Headed Monster T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this CAS office and ask for a meeting with the worker and their supervisor to explain the reason for the removal and the steps required to have your children returned. Make this request in writing by email, and you should insist this meeting happen ASAP. You may want to have your lawyer with you at this meeting. See what they say. If they don’t answer or refuse to meet with you, you can make an application in family court and/or contact the Ontario ombudsman to force them to provide you with answers. CAS also has an internal dispute process you can try.

Watch the Sidney Crosby & Evgeni Malkin Two-Headed Monster T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this Logan Marr doc. Cps does not always act in best interest of the kids, Logan Marr was killyin the care of a cps worker, and was abused in the cps worker’s home. Just wanted to say so sorry for what you’re going through. Also I gave birth in Alberta in November and I most definitely was NOT drug tested, it is not routine (I’ve had 3 babies) at least not in Alberta. I sincerely hope you get your little love back because no parents should go through what you are right now, especially when all you want to do is adjust to life as a family I would contact every indigenous agency in the city to find help. I hope you get your baby back. I hope you all recover from this trauma. This is racism and you need to get a better lawyer stat. After everything that’s happened with the church and schools and indigenous children – you need to FIGHT back hard. Do not tolerate this racist and prejudice behaviour from the hospital or CPS. I would be filing against them immediately for this. Especially because you have clean drug tests and a clean home. Start building evidence STAT. Record calls, get everything in writing – text or email. Follow up with emails about discussions you’ve had so that it’s in writing. Document every person you talk to- names and IDs or anything you need to prove who you spoke with. And start firing back legal action immediately. Even if you don’t have a good lawyer yet- throw it down. Then find one who will actually do their job and defend you. I would take this to court and file for damages because of the trauma they caused you and this baby who needs it mother. They are robbing the baby of important time to bond with its own parents.
