People that still defend american gun laws need to have their head checked jesus christ wtf is going on over there When I was in elementary school, the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt moreover I will buy this school shared a fence with a residential home. The home had an orange tree and some of the branches from their yard peeked over the fence. A few of my friends and I climbed the fence to grab some oranges and once we reached the top, I saw the homeowner, pointing a gun at us and telling us to stop. Probably pulled the UNO reverse card and became a black male Karen and thought “OH GOD A WHITE PERSON ON MY LAWN!! MY HOUSE IS GOING TO BE ROBBED!! I GOT TO PROTECT MYSELF.” In December, Singletary was separately charged with assaulting his girlfriend with a mini sledgehammer, leading her to bleed profusely from the back of the head and forcing her inside an apartment for two hours.

Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt: Express with Style

There needs to be mandatory sentences for weapons under disability/felon with weapons. Also, mandatory sentences for anyone helping a felon get a gun. Over the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this last week, two cheerleaders in Texas were shot after entering the wrong car in a parking lot, a woman in New York was killed after entering the wrong driveway and a 16-year-old in Missouri was shot after ringing the doorbell to a wrong home. Where was this? Gaza? Ohhhhh, yes merica… land of the free …adults whose fear of the boogie-man-government creating school kids early demise by firearm to be #1 reason (pro life my ass)….there is a solution but people are too scared, stubborn, ignorant and selfish to try it. This is quite old. And the whole story eas tragic, the little girl on the news said “why would someone do that to me and my daddy”
This guy is CLEARLY mentally insane and needs to be put in a facility for a decade. What good is arresting him and sending him to prison just for him to get out, become a worse individual, and then do it all over again. Our justice system is a joke and a scam to fund prisons. I mean the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this founding fathers really envisioned everyone shooting each other over stupid petty shit. It’s why we have the 2nd. /s Fucking torture this guy. Burn his finger tips, smack his head with a hammer, starve him, dehydrate him. We need to bring back eye for an eye punishment. Fucking ridiculous that people don’t face proper consequences for their actions

Let buy this Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt

I keep an eye on the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this news for it, having been there, and it seems like they still have a decently violent crime issue. It’s gotten a hell of a lot better in the past few years. I have a place there, down there a lot. If this thread was 5-6 years ago, I would have told you to avoid it. But now the level of violence isn’t much worse than Cancun. Atlantic City is a good one for this. They say if you listen closely you can still hear all the timeshare pitches I am a huge fan of the Quarter at the Trop, which offers a ton of choices (Firewaters has a great draft selection) We just watched an old Price is Right episode from the 70s where the big prize was a trip to Acapulco so I immediately thought of this too lol. I went before the hurricane and I thought it was awesome. The area outside of Acapulco is among the most dangerous in the world, but in the tourist areas it was fine. But yeah, it’s not what it used to be. JFK went there for his honeymoon back in the day. Tons of important people did. my overly adventurous friend actually visited last year, he said although there weren’t other American tourists there were still plenty of tourists from elsewhere, mostly Mexico and further south. Apparently as long as you don’t go wandering around the bad areas of town it’s fine, they go out of their way (even the cartels) not to mess with tourists.
My grandparents had a timeshare there and spent every February there since sometime in the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this 70s until my grandma passed away – in Acapulco – eight years ago. I went a few times during childhood and then twice for college spring break in the mid-00’s, but haven’t been since. The city got rebuilt by the romans later, it was very much alive until the Umayadd destroyed it once again and never recovered We went recently and it was incredible. El Jem was breathtaking and we got to take pictures without a soul in sight. Is it safe for Americans? I find the Punic wars fascinating and would love to see the ruins of where it concluded Absolutely safe. Never felt any discomfort, never hot hassled by sellers, drove all over, and the people were so nice and friendly. For me the UK foreign office travel advice really put me off despite hearing about the great history and great food. Especially since I would’ve gone solo. I see that Tunis is far from the no go zone but I’d rather go to countries without a no go zone. I’ve been to Egypt which has a much much MUCH higher percentage of the country in no-go zones. Traveled to Cairo, Aswan, Abu simbel and luxor. Had no issues other than the typical pushy sellers everywhere. Went with a guide just about everywhere though. I wouldn’t let the small border region no-go zones deter you!
Not at all. Great history there and I found it fascinating. Carthage was a huge and rich city and their empire encompassed the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this entire Mediterranean. To visit the ruins, villas, baths, and especially the ancient port was my favorite tour while in Tunisia. Also visited the Roman coliseum at El Jem – equally fascinating and there were less than a dozen other visitors when we were there, and we could explore the entire structure without restriction. The Poconos were a HUGE honeymoon destination for decades but hardly anyone goes there any more with how cheap international flights are these days. You can still visit the room where they signed it at the Mount Washington Hotel, which is well worth a visit in itself. Room is off the lobby and next to the grand ballroom, where my sister got married!, and there’s an old speakeasy down in the basement where you can grab a drink. My heart hurts that I’ll probably never get to bathe in a heart-shaped champagne glass hot tub in my hotel room.
I go there frequently for the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this waterfalls. It’s incredibly beautiful up there in the forests full of wild rhododendron flowers. I learned recently that my Grandpa bought land right along the Salton Sea! No one knows what happened to the deed or whether he sold it or gave it away or what. All the relatives are grateful he never put money into developing something on that land. I feel this is still fairly popular because every European I know of who dreams of doing an American road trip wants to do it on Route 66. It’s popular in the imagination and iconography, but definitely still faded glory. The interstates really changed the nature of it. Certain places, it’s basically just a road through town with Route 66 theming and a kitschy thing here or there, like Foothill in Southern California. Or Central Ave in Albuquerque (and much of that stretch is…something). Right, the nostalgic version of Route 66 doesn’t exist anymore and really hasn’t for like 40+ years in most places. The only parts of it that are preserved sorta like they used to be are stretches through major metro areas that became busy thoroughfares. On those you can still find throwback motels and bars and diners. Most of the hinterlands sections of Route 66 have long ago crumbled back into the desert or simply become abandoned ghost towns. There’s almost nothing left at all to see as a tourist.
As a European that somebody mentioned a few comments up, we’re aware of that. We’re aware it’s decadent and dilapidated. That’s the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this fun part. I’d love to drive for days or weeks in the middle of nothing, encountering some old-town that’s a shadow of its former self. That’s the appeal. In Europe we can’t drive more than half a day without encountering some town, a cathedral, a castle, a Roman ruin or some other historically significant thing. We miss the large emptiness dotted by spots of insignificance and Americana. This was quite poetic and nice to read. Thankfully, we still have a lot of large emptiness here. And I’m doing my part to populate the landscape with insignificance. I can see the appeal based on your comment, but if you are open to suggestion, I have to recommend an iconic roadtrip that I have taken and I think would provide many of the same benefits. The coastal drive on CA HWY 1. You can start this from anywhere in So Cal but I’d recommend starting just north of LA and you can go all the way to the CA-OR boarder. Along the way you’ll see everything from Malibu mansions and Spanish missions in the south to some of the most rugged and remote sections of coast and massive redwood forests in the north. There are plenty of forgotten towns and old resorts that have lost their luster, long stretches of empty roads, and some of the most spectacular natural beauty that CA has to offer. I’ve driven this from San Diego to Fort Bragg and I can’t wait to finally complete it and make our way up through Eureka and Crescent city.
Anywhere that they built the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this Interstate to intersect the old Route 66, like in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, there’s a few of the old 50s-style motels hanging in there. But for most of the old route they’re either dilapidated or long gone. Damascus Syria. Visited when I was younger and was blown away at how beautiful the city was and how rich the culture is. One of the oldest continuously inhabited cities and it’s been pretty much inaccessible since the civil war started. Even more tragic on the civil war / instability scale : Mogadishu and the entirety of Yemen. Both were merchant hotspots just two centuries ago. Totally agree, I was there 15 years ago. Damascus was a beautiful city with friendly people, more history than your average museum, some truly amazing restaurants and a vibrant culture.
So many people were kind and helpful; the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this civil war may have been just another news item for a lot of folks, but I still wonder how some of the people we met fared. Not too well, I suspect. 🙁 Damascus wasn’t affected by the war, at least the old central part. And you can visit there for several years now though you need a guide/fixer. Most domestic seaside resorts in England outside of Cornwall and Devon (maybe it is the same in New England over the pond too for that matter). They had their glory days back around the Victorian time when the new-fangled trains meant workers from the cities could easily pack to the seaside. Then the next step in transport killed the resorts off as everyone flew to Spain instead for a sunnier (and these days often cheaper) holiday.
Especially places up north like Morecombe which were a lovely escape when you were otherwise stuck in a heavily industrial city, but rather lack the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this appeal now when Ibiza is less than 3 hours by plane. That isn’t to say nobody visits them (and some still do very well), but their glory days died with the rise of package holidays to Benidorm in the 60s/70s. It certainly isn’t what it once was, and it is one of the most deprived areas in the UK, but it is somehow still doing well. It has something like 20 million visitors a year which is insane. There are SO MANY trashy drunk English people who go there for a drinking weekend, which is why its hobbled along. That too, but the package holiday industry was beating the crap out the classic resorts even before the rise of budget airlines meant that it could be more expensive to reach your local airport than to fly halfway across Europe afterwards This is also exactly what happened to Atlantic City, NJ (and presumably other seaside resorts) in the United States. Rose exponentially with the advent of the railroad, fell even more precipitously with the rise of air travel. Why go to New Jersey when Miami/the Bahamas/Cancun are only a few hours away? Same with the Catskills and Poconos in upstate New York. I was listening to a npr program on those resorts and they sounded fabulous. You pack up your family, get out of the hot smelly city and meals and entertainment are taken care of. Yeah, the Catskills are littered with old resorts that are either out of business or look like they should be. That said, it’s making a bit of a revival as a lot of people moved up from the city during covid. Glamping seems to have taken off there too.
Agree. Went to Scarborough and Whitby (the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this North Yorkshire Moors Railway was my destination) a couple of years back and loved them, tbh. I have never been but it seems that Whitby has survived better than most. Which is especially impressive with the decline of the fishing industry in that area. Interestingly, a tour guide in Torquay told me that pandemic travel restrictions brought renewed interest and investment in these towns! I think Torquay is one of the better ones. The Southwest of England tends to have a nice range of seaside towns because it has the natural scenery and warmer microclimates lacking in places like Blackpool. Once the favoured destination of Emperors, after the revolution left pretty much to ruin, but now having a bit of a renaissance. A slow and patchy renaissance, but a renaissance nevertheless. I posted a couple of photos of my own here when I visited a few months ago: At its peak, up to 125,000 people from across the USSR visited the town every year for their state-mandated R&R. There were even direct trains to Tskaltubo from Moscow. Prestigious as it was, Tskaltubo wasn’t necessarily reserved for the upper echelons: Workers of all stripes attended Tskaltubo under Article 119 of the USSR Constitution, ‘the right to rest and leisure’, where a doctor could issue one with an all-expenses-paid voucher for treatment, typically lasting 14-21 days. These buildings are mostly abandoned now except for a few thousand refugees who arrived from the Abkhazian war in the early 90’s and never left.
Beirut is actually really nice, especially if you have some coin to splash around. Shame about the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this whole… you know… everything. Yeah, I was in Beirut a few months ago and it was still very beautiful but certainly as prosperous as it was when it was “the Paris of the East.” I’m actively planning on going again though, five weeks there went by in a flash. Libya till the 60s. Tripoli was a cosmopolitan city especially among Italians. Also many lovely beach towns around. Read many stories about rich europeans owning vacation homes back in the day The Catskills. In the 1800s they were a popular destination from NYC by train. The Mohonk Mountain House is a famous old hotel from that time and there is an entire movement in American art called the Hudson River School, which is essentially people who went to the Mohonk Mountain House and painted landscapes there. In the 50s, the Catskills were famous for family camps and attracted incredible Jewish comedians to what was known as the “Borscht Belt,” as depicted in the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. There was a bit of a Catskills Renaissance a few years ago when Brooklyn hipsters discovered the amazing natural beauty and ramshackle charm of places like Phoenicia and some NYC people fled there during COVID. But by and large like other domestic destinations they are passed over for more exciting international destinations.
Judging by the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this ongoing price increases at Mohonk, I suspect it is still very popular for those who can afford it. Afghanistan. It was the heart of the hippy trail, written about by Byron, Newby, and Chatwin among many others, the site of fabled cities, legendary hospitality, and remote mountains, and associated with historical figures such as Alexander the Great and Babur. Much in the news until quite recently, it has seemingly dropped off the radar of the world’s consciousness, while a trickle of travelers begin to return to experience Taliban-rule. My husband went there on that hippy trail in the early 70’s. His slides from those trips are stunning, it’s hard to compare them to the Afghanistan of now. Very heartbreaking to see. His pics of the twin Buddhas the Taliban blew up before 9/11 (Bamiyan?) are a sight to behold. I had no idea you could walk inside them and they were once covered in beautiful tiles. Now they are rubble. The same goes for his images of Iran from the same period. My family lived in Kabul as expats for a few years in the 70s. We visited the Buddha’s of Bamiyan and even though I was only 3 and a half, I have such a vivid memory of it. We climbed up to the very top on the inside.
We also traveled overland from Afghanistan through Pakistan, along the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this Khyber Pass (I have terrifying memories of this), and into Kashmir. It was wrecked far before the Taliban too, from the Soviet Invasion and the following civil wars. Destroyed infrastructure, crumbling institutions, widespread PTSD, and the worst was maybe the unprecedented brain drain. Most of the people who would have stood up to the Taliban on political, religious, or intellectual issues were refugees in other countries struggling to get by. I knew some taxi drivers and used car salesmen in the U.S. who were lawyers, academics, or other professionals back in Afghanistan. I’m a few chapters into The Kite Runner right now and the author’s descriptions make me wish I could have experienced pre-Taliban 1970s Afghanistan. There’s a fellow I used to follow on twitter just cycled through it,and had several interactions with the Taliban
I was in Alexandria last year and it was indeed a strange city. Not sure I would call it faded, but I get your point. But it seemed thriving in its own way. A lot of local and Gulf (Saudi, etc) tourists. So everything seemed catered to them. Very different than Cairo which seemed so much more “globalised” with Westerners in every corner. The funny thing about Alexandria is it looks way more European in its architecture and vibe than Cairo. In some places it could look like Italy or Greece. While Cairo is undoubtedly Middle Eastern. But for instance at a comparable category, hotels in Alexandria seemed more expensive than Cairo (and it was Spring so it was not still low-season in Cairo/Nile because of the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this heat). So it is not all “that” faded.
Yangon in Myanmar, formally Rangoon. It was over a decade ago so things might have changed but it has such nice parks and boulevards, great bones as the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this saying goes. It has the potential to be one of the nicest cities in Asia. But the military regime was letting everything bar the temples go to shite because they built Naypyidaw. I hadn’t realised how shit things were in Myanmar for people before I went. I’m not sure if things have changed since. But it felt way furthur towards the North Korea bracket than I expected. But wow does it have a lot of faded glory. As a Burmese person born in Yangon, this makes me so sad. I think it was coming back to its glory days even just 5 years ago when the country was progressing towards a democracy. I recall making a joke about how the roads were smoother than the ones in the US. But the recent military coup makes it such a scary place to be in. I used to go back at least once every 2 years to visit family. Haven’t been back since 2019 cuz of covid + coup.
Still a somewhat big tourist attraction but Hot Springs, Arkansas. In the Shota Imanaga Chicago Cubs MLB Opening Day Starter MLB Tokyo Series 2025 TShirt What’s more,I will buy this 19th and early 20th century it was a glamorous destination similar to Baden-Baden or Karlovy Vary in Europe. Today it’s a national park where you can still see the old bathhouses and springs, but they are historical relics more than anything and the tourism is very mass market. Yeah I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit. It was so forgettable that I was reading your post thinking “that sounds cool” and it took me a few seconds to remember that I had actually been there a few years ago. It’s super creepy too when you go into the bath houses and see the rooms and implements they used to use. Shades of mental hospitals. I’m not sure how recommend it is for Americans to travel there, but someday I’d love to see Algeria. It has a fascinating history.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
