The homeless on the Shawn Elliott South Carolina Gamecocks welcome home shirt Also,I will get this street here are those who don’t want to give up their drugs or are too mentally Ill to even comprehend seeking help. in my state, there’s a 3 month limit on the homeless shelters. after that, they kick you out and you can’t come back again. a friend of mine somehow managed to get admitted twice (3 months and then a couple years later it was 3 more months) and later on they found out and sent him a bill for a couple thousand dollars for the discrepancy. They get full fairly quickly, and have several restrictions, such as: no pets, no food, no water, no medicine (it sounds fair, until you remember that homeless people also suffer from diseases and may need to take drugs), once you get in you can’t get out or you lose your spot, get in and out at specific times with no exceptions, etc.
