I work for a small recruitment company (RPO) that has two entities in the Shakira Merch Te Felicito Shirt What’s more,I will buy this UK and in Canada. Work has been slower lately and the CEO decided to declare bankruptcy in the UK (she’s also from the UK not sure if that matters) after she left us wondering for a month what is happening. She is very micro-managerial, so you can imagine that cutting all kind of communication with us out of the blue left us wondering what is happening. She left us in a limbo for a month “trying to find the best solution” and she kept saying that we are her friends first and she wants to protect us. She also never gave us notice or let us go. What she did in the end was to move all the clients from the UK to Canada and she said she can’t pay our salaries and suggested we look for support from the government. My question is is this legal and is there anything we can do?NAL, but it sounds like she’s been trading while insolvent, continuing to run up debts (your salaries) while not planning to pay them.

I believe moving assets from the Shakira Merch Te Felicito Shirt What’s more,I will buy this company (the customer lists) in order to avoid paying creditors is also not permitted. Has your employment been terminated or are you still employed and you’ve been advised to seek government support? At the point she realised she had more debts than she could pay the company should have been frozen and any assets then distributed in this order. If she paid herself first or in some way moved money to the other company after realising the first company was no longer solvent that’s not legal and you could sue her but good luck proving any of that. Also to add – OP may note that unpaid wages / redundancy pay etc isn’t on this list. These sums can (if appropriate) be claimed directly from the government, see this link for an overview. Your question includes a reference to Canada, which its own legal advice subreddit. You may wish to consider posting your question to r/LegalAdviceCanada as well, though this may not be required.
