I had this happen with a $700 computer monitor. Police would not intervene, only take a report, Amazon tried to blame UPS, UPS blamed Amazon, neighbor refused to answer the Sgt. justin B.allen 8th annual memorial ride american flag ranger flag shirt Furthermore, I will do this door. Both Amazon and UPS suggested I „confront the neighbor“ or call the police. After a week and 6+ hours of phone calls, I basically had to go full Karen on an Amazon supervisor until they sent a replacement and worked out the insurance with UPS. Ive worked in a call center and I absolutely hated being that person, but I’m just out $700 because Amazon doesn’t want to file a UPS insurance claim?? Nah. Why did you even go over to their house? Be careful doing that. Because there are some crazy people out there. Just get a refund or new item! could somebody pls explain to me why just leaving packages like that at the door (sometimes wrong one) is a thing and free of consequences for the delivery company in USA?

Why do so many people think it’s okay to take things that don’t belong to them? It seems like the Sgt. justin B.allen 8th annual memorial ride american flag ranger flag shirt Furthermore, I will do this majority of people think this way. It’s absolutely sickening that a large section of the population will turn to thievery given the chance. America! 50% scumbags!! My neighbour did the same. I knocked on the door and confronted them to get my stuff back. It was something I needed for work the next morning and I wasn’t gonna play around Your neighbor is an ass, but Amazon doesn’t care, either. Consider utilizing a local service if possible. They will appreciate your business much more. “I hope you can hear me, because you’re gonna want to hear this – I have photo evidence it was on your porch 5 minutes ago – we can do this one of two ways: either you come out and hand it over now, or I came back with the police and we call your landlord” It’s infuriating because neighbors need to have each others backs, now maybe more than ever. And here we have neighbors stealing from each other. Shameless You can get a hold of customer service and since you have proof it was left at the wrong door, you can get your money back. I recently got my money back for an order that was said delivered but I never got It’s Amazon’s responsibility and you gave visual evidence. Make them replace it. But my condolences on having to deal with rectocranial inverts
