Not immoral. The driver was not being put in a moral situation when the Sevendust December 28 31, 2023 Show shirt also I will do this guy pulled out a gun and the driver is driving. He’s driving hoping to not run anyone over and he’s had a gun pointed at him. The driver was in crisis. Did he need to get off the bus and shoot, probably not. But that’s where he was mentally. Panic is a bad justification for any gun owner. He didn’t de-escalate. The moral thing to do is not shoot towards innocence and certainly not to continue to give chase and fire, but to hide and protect yourself. Reckless offense is not morally justifiable self defense. i think you are illiterate. the article says the footage doesnt clearly show who shot first, not self defense if a person is running, any lawyer worth their money could tell you that my guy you’re talking about a momentum shift like its a battle in a war, its a fuckin bus ride with other passengers which the driver shot in the direction of lmao

Sevendust December 28 31, 2023 Show shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Who shot first is irrelevant. The passenger made threats, and drew his firearm, and positioned himself to attack the Sevendust December 28 31, 2023 Show shirt also I will do this driver. The driver is fully within reason to believe his life is in jeopardy. No one knows at this time what happened on the bus and off the bus – how much of a threat the passenger was to the driver. If the passenger is able to move around, and still has a gun in his hand – unless he is literally running away, he is still a threat. He could run away, but just run for cover to be able to return fire – so I’m with the driver on this one until more details come out. Your just wrong dude. The moment the passenger attempts to flee (IE crawling away), you have no threat to your life anymore. Full stop. Your self defense case goes out the window if you shoot. There is no self defense course teacher or lawyer that will say you are correct. It’s why the crazy old white guy who shot the black kid, who knocked on his door asking for directions, in the back running away is now going to court and is looking to get a felony charge in another case. And that guy isn’t going to win.
