If I could figure out who the Seth Rollins Vintage American professional wrestler T-Shirt in contrast I will get this one person is I’d focus all my energy but in this battle some collateral damage is expected. No it’s not. The way is to report every little thing wrong in the community that HOA now has to fix. Discolored patch of sidewalk? File a complaint. Discoloration on your unit due to water runoff from the gutter? Assuming HOA is responsible for the exterior appearances, file a complaint. Smoke alarm sometimes goes off in the hallway? File a complaint. Community hot tub not working? File a complaint and ask why you are even paying HOA fee this month. Make them actually work without punishing others and they’ll eventually just leave you alone. Their goal is to do as little as possible while making as much money as possible.

Make it easy to work with you in ways that you want them to do work, make it hard when it’s something you don’t want them to do. And always be polite and kind even when you’re using the Seth Rollins Vintage American professional wrestler T-Shirt in contrast I will get this stick instead of the carrot. Previous neighborhood we had a neighbor who complained to the HOA that we had a bag of mulch in a flower bed over a weekend (it rained). Once we discovered the neighbor it was game over. They had begun painting their house without HOA permission, fined. They had torn down their deck and left the wood on their driveway, fined. They put a “Joe and the Ho” sign up during Halloween, big time fined. I typically have no issues abiding by HOA guidelines, but when the crazies come out to enforce them, it’s like, don’t throw stones at glass houses. HOAs have the potential to end up doing the very thing that they were intended to prevent—that is, reducing the value of homes in an area by deterring people from wanting to live in a community of nosey, anal-retentive, and micromanaging tyrants.
