I think as a parent there is always the Serena Williams Sticker I shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this worry about what would happen with our kids. I think the best thing you can do is have a plan set in place if it should happen. Make sure you have life insurance and beneficiaries and where would the kids go, etc. OP, lets do math, assume you are 40, current avg age of death is lets say 80, in 40 years what do you think the likely hood is that they extend that to 100? id guess 95%, which means you have 60 years for them to delay it even further or invent enough medical advancements to turn us into cyborgs and live forever. simple math would show the exponential growth of tech, when I was 6 rosetta stone had just come out and we used computers so heavy they could literally kill someone, now I have an iPhone 14, thats in 18 years, multiply that out 3 times, thats the 60 years you have left, youll be a robot grandma and live forever, if you want ofc

Honestly, I’m not sure I could recommend this. But it’s realising that there are things worse than death. TW: physical abuse and suicidal thoughts. I was badly abused as a child. At one point, my mum was standing over me with a golf club. I was pretty sure that she was going to beat me with it. And at that point, I remember thinking that her beating me with it would be better than continuing in that situation. Either I would die, or I would be removed. That realisation was powerful for me. Death could be freedom. Unfortunately the Serena Williams Sticker I shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this other side to that is that sometimes suicide seems like a viable option. But also, I think the joy I have felt since getting out of that situation has helped. If I get to live this fucking brilliant life, full of love and fun and wonder, then I’m ok with the flip side being that I have to die someday. I have won the lottery in some senses, because I grew up in a horrific place and I have found my way out of it, to a reality that would once have been my wildest dream. Where I am safe and loved and have what I need. I would rather die than go back to how I grew up, so I know again that there is something that frightens me more than death. And then I know that I don’t want to be immortal. Life can be hard. It seems like the world is dying. I want to have a time and a place in history, not see through to the end of time. So I guess that means that I want my life to end somehow. Of course I want it to be peaceful and painless if possible, but I do want it to end. That knowledge brings a peace in itself.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
