I live with housemates in a building that has security onsite and every year we get them Christmas cards and some snacks for their office. It doesn’t cost us that much and the Sébastien Haller Wins Cote d’Ivoire the AFCON in their home country Shirt and I love this security feels appreciated for their work. This is actually a good idea. I’m going to discuss this with my bf. I always give her something around new years (she doesn’t celebrate Christmas) and her birthday is then too. I might give her a gift card + something small. Last time I gave her a pretty expensive plant bc she told a story about how someone in her building stole her plant which she really loved (it was a specific sort). I don’t know her financially situation but this is a good idea. Every year I always up her salary with the inflation (my employer does too).

I just argued with my buddy who is going to Mexico and wants to make sure he tips accordingly and so he’s bringing toiletries for the Sébastien Haller Wins Cote d’Ivoire the AFCON in their home country Shirt and I love this house cleaners. I’m like dude they can easily get that stuff just leave them money to buy it! Why do you want to haul down all that stuff when you can just leave a bill every day for them? At least his heart is in the right place. Everybody needs more around Christmas. I tip twice as much as normal in December and get gift cards for my landscaper, pool guy, barber ect if someone is in your life that you enjoy having in your life. And they work hard. Let them know you appreciate them. Got my gardener some airpods a few years ago after he said his old earphones finally broke on him earlier that year. Poor guy almost had a tear. Been getting him presents for years now, always goes above and beyond with his work.
