They could maybe issue a fine? But even then, you can’t fine people for not putting up for sale their possessions. Erect a Lucy from Peanuts style booth, with a big sign saying “advice from a top earner- $5. Comes with a free beer for legal drinking age”. The only advice you give: “avoid this fucking neighborhood, Karen is a dictator.” Have copies of this post as evidence. Just as an FYI, HOAs also tend to be filled with people who were the Seattle Kraken Fanatics Branded 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs Tri-Blend Shirt Besides,I will do this bullies, as well. It’s the perfect place for someone who likes victimizing people. Nahhh, it’s garbage people that have been bullying people their whole lives and can’t wait for another opportunity to act like little micro-fascists again Sharing that Facebook post would go much farther toward showing how the residents live than a community garage sale ever could. That was my immediate first thought! Pile of dog poop in the driveway with a little sign sticking out of it “$1 OBO” I wonder what it is about an average size home covered entirely in vinyl siding that this HOA member believes screams “top earner.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if half of the Seattle Kraken Fanatics Branded 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs Tri-Blend Shirt Besides,I will do this neighborhood travelled or were just out of the house during those two days. If that were my neighborhood I would do that out of spite. WTF? I’ll never complain about my HOA again. This is absolutely absurd and mandatory over Memorial Day weekend? Who’s even around? I occasionally get letters about the weeds in my flowerbeds (there are no weeds, I plant a lot of different plants), but every time I call them out on their bullshit, they back down. No. Complain about all HOAs. They should not exist. It’s your fucking property. They should have no right to tell you what you do on it For someone who doesn’t even own a home, they make me angry at a really unhealthy rate. They full on live rent free in my head because of how much I despise them. Yea same! Living in one seems like a special nightmare cooked up just for me. I don’t like when anyone tells me to do anything for the most part, so HOA Karen is so low on the list of people I could even entertain the idea of listening to. Also, this post is bonkers. It doesn’t even make sense. Does she think she lives in a sorority? Wtf is that part about selling luxury things so other neighborhoods will know you’re rich? I’m short circuiting over this HOA’s have rules by definition. There is no way mandatory garage sales are written in the HOA contract. That lady is delusional.
