No they are not being expelled because of ieps and other legal reasons. It’s almost impossible to hold anyone accountable or get them help. The lack of mental health resources in California are to blame. They shut down almost every mental health hospital there and push for children who clearly cannot be in public schools with other children and it’s not good for anyone, students and teachers alike, and make them attend public schools.
