In high school…Lose your job? Ok you’ll have a little less money for movies but it’s alright…you can find probably a fairly equal job. Break up with someone? You’re young, you weren’t married, you weren’t living together…whatever. Fail a test, fail 5 tests…not a huge deal and you’ll probably still get in to college (just maybe not your first choice). Have a fight or falling out with a friend? You’ll still see them at school every day for the Santa’s Play Volleyball Christmas 2023 shirt Apart from…,I will love this next few years and you’ll have a chance to fix things if you want. As you get older those things get complicated. Losing a job or a new job can involve moving cities or states, selling your house, things like that. A break up when you’re married or living with someone is way more life altering than a high school break up. Messing up at your job means getting fired, not just getting a bad grade.

In high school you still have lots of guardrails and things are somewhat mapped out. You take these classes as a freshman, pass those classes, then these classes as a sophomore….on and on. You have a set schedule, breaks, a flow to the Santa’s Play Volleyball Christmas 2023 shirt Apart from…,I will love this year. Then apply for college, tour colleges, pick a college, pick a major. Similar with college but less so. You major has a list of courses you need to take. You live on campus or in the off campus apartments or house areas where all the other students live. Once you’re out of that…things get sideways. Apply for a job. Ok..where? What career path? And find a place to live. And on and on and on. High school is the training level of the video game. “Do X, Y, and Z to advance.” After that is more of the open world exploring. People will have difference experiences and some have pointed out they’ve had a really rough HS years. Completely understandable. I didn’t have an awesome HS either.
