I left after three quarters of the Santas favorite realtor merry christmas funny shirt it is in the first place but movie failed to engage me. Also Batman was able to find and talk to penguin 3 times earlier in the movie. Why then did batman conclude it was worth potentially (and maybe actually) killing dozens on innocent drivers in the highway chase and explosion to reach penguin? I have no idea about the motivation of the car chase scene. The car took 5 minutes to starts and had enough head room for the penguin to get to his car. Batman could’ve easily captured him in that time I don’t kill. Except civilians when I’m chasing a guy I’m gonna find at the same club in a few hours anyway I thought it was horrible. Couldn’t decide if I should walk out or not. Score had no impact, Paul Dano’s acting was atrocious and laid no foundation for a truly menacing enemy. His reactions were forced and uncomfortable, as he struggled to make himself a Batman villain. The scene with the D.A. on FaceTime with the riddler had me radiating in my seat from embarrassment. Huge step down from the Nolan trilogy. Thank god the movie ended, I couldn’t take another minute of it

I just feel like I didn’t watch the Santas favorite realtor merry christmas funny shirt it is in the first place but same movie as other people. I found myself laughing at parts that were supposed to be serious, and the dialogue was atrocious. The fight scenes looked so bad. Like, let’s just stand here and let this dude punch our friend 6 times. Really? I wanted to like it, because I’ve been a huge Batman fan for well over 20 years, but this movie just was not good. I think the movie started really strong until the “rat with wings but in spanish” riddle. I mean, of all things, how did Batman not figure that one out? Me and my friend were actually laughing our asses off at that point. Also, before the movie started we told ourselves if that Nirvana remix soundtrack plays more than once we’re gonna leave, and it DID. That tilt shift focus effect on the lens was extremely annoying to have for literally every shot. Felt cheap. The romance scenes had no substance and felt dumb, especially the one when they’re in the middle of a fight. There was a point where Catwoman shows a recording of a call between her friend and Falcone and I kid you not they played that recording for more than 2 minutes, so for 2 minutes it was just audio coming out of a cell phone and we had to see the actors’ fake ass reactions.
