Im starting to forget little things. Like peoples names. From 4 to 18. I have names in my contact list I dont remember. Most of high-school. Very depressed and isolated. I do everything on autopilot so I forget what happened 10 minutes ago, I only really remember the fun or the bad, though I try to forget the bad most of the time

I probably wast going as hard as you but I do go for hours but I’m now going for a walk when it starts to feel forced cuz the walk does me better. I romanticize the idea of meditating forever but living day to day is a dose of reality and I need to like being a human more so fresh air, walks and actually talking to someone would do me some good.
What did you learn and experience during that time? By elementary school they need to start learning to type, use a computer, do a Google search, and recognize good v bad internet sources so should have computer access. And their friends will all communicate online so they will struggle socially if they can’t connect with friends after school. And as a guy in his mid forties, I can assure you that I and all of my friends and family managed to develop interests without the Internet. That particular remark is the kind of thing that makes me feel like the grumpy old boomers might have a point when they criticize kids these days. The Internet is an extremely recent thing, the vast majority of all humans who ever lived managed to easily find their interests without the Internet. Even cave men figured out how to make art and whatnot.
