In Norway senior citizens and the Santa Snoopy merry christmas to all and to Philadelphia Eagles a good season shirt also I will do this disabled can be eligible for subsidised cab rides. They get a certain amount of rides a month that they only pay $3 for. That’s pretty helpful, though a lot want to keep driving for as long as possible anyway. Came here to save this. It’s the same reason diseases of old age get the lion’s share of federal research dollars: stroke, Alzheimer’s, prostate cancer, etc. We live in a gerontocracy and the laws and funding reflect that. Because they CAN vote. They have no jobs and all the time in the world to go somewhere on a freaking TUESDAY without going to work or school. This is it. No politician wants to piss off Seniors because they VOTE. So who’s going to propose the law that restricts their ability to drive?

And by mail. I have been voting early and by mail for years and I’m in my early 30s. It’s not that hard. It also gives you that extra time to look up some candidates and ballot measures that you’re not familiar with in the Santa Snoopy merry christmas to all and to Philadelphia Eagles a good season shirt also I will do this privacy of your home and you can evne have some gasp informed conversations about it with other people before you make your decision if you’re unsure once you see the actual ballot! Mail-in and early voting should be the norm and not this bullshit random Tuesday when the largest portion of the registered voters are at work. Not sure where you’re from but where I live your workplace/school has to allow you (I think) 3 hours to vote. Everywhere I’ve worked even encourages people to go and do it But is that paid or unpaid? Will there be hidden consequences to it? I live in the US and while a workplace has to give you time to vote, it’s not usually paid and most people can’t afford to take 3 hours unpaid if you’re living paycheck to paycheck.
