I’m going to Europe in a few weeks from west coast USA for 3 weeks. Flights + Accomodation is costing me $850 total. The entire 3 week trip will likely not cost me more than 1.5-2k. I seriously doubt your daily expenses include international flights (at 1983 prices), a daily maid service, someone making you breakfast, travel between major cities every few days, guides, and someone arranging it all for you. Have you read the hotels on the list? Hotel Mirage in Florence is €54 a night. For Innsbruck it’s €76 and that’s today’s money. The only decent hotel is the one in Rome. I’ve been to three European countries this week. It’s cost a few hundred in plane tickets and hotels but food is actually cheaper than Canadian grocery stores. Staying for three months in a weekly rental would just average the cost down
