Constantly seeing your body improve and being confident in myself is my main drive. I don’t necessarily “like” working out but I sure as hell feel great and look great. It also has become a good way for me to relax my mind and work through things. Think about how glad you will be a month, a year, 10 years from now that you decided to cultivate a lifestyle of fitness while people the Santa Donkey and light Christmas Merry Kissmyass 2023 Christmas Shirt but in fact I love this same age as you or younger are complaining about lack of energy, strength, or self esteem. I am someone that’s generally always been out of shape and easily brought pain by performing simple daily maneuvers. I tried the gym in college, didn’t stick too long. Tried it in the pandemic and had more success before moving somewhere with no gym in town. I started working out ~3x a week again once a gym opened here. This is kind of preachy, and I am sorry. Honestly, what keeps me going is the fact I can feel myself getting stronger and my daily pain has reduced, and also that I just believe it’s what I need to be doing. That is very different than knowing I should be doing it. Knowing can feel guilty and that guilt can keep us from doing it. But sometimes Knowing can also feel like a copout. Well, I know I should do it, so at least I’m aware, right? Not as bad not doing it when I at least recognize I should be, right? Easy way to let myself not do whatever “it” is.

So, I think the Santa Donkey and light Christmas Merry Kissmyass 2023 Christmas Shirt but in fact I love this why matters. Why are you doing it? Because you know you should? Cause someone else says? Well that has no personal meaning to it. Why stick with something impersonal. The many times I tried in college and failed to stick, it was because I only did it because I knew I should. It only stuck when I believed I needed to do it. For me personally, quitting moderate drinking made the rest so natural. I slept, ate, and felt better almost all the time and my motivation to get the next workout just stayed high. It took 20 years to learn this btw. To make it a lifestyle I would suggest to find a way to love physical activity which could be anything that will make you move and then you can build on that. You consciously do it until you form a habit, then you wake up one day and you’re unconsciously hopping in your car to go to the gym.
