The problem was Tobias hadn’t paid his fare. He pulled a gun and walked behind the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Stanford Cardinal Merry Kissmyass 2023 shirt Furthermore, I will do this driver making threats. The issue was not just getting off between stops. (Edit: the clip from the WRAL report is confusing because it looks like Tobias was angry about multiple things). The link I gave is to a report by WRAL — a local North Carolina station with clips from the video. So will you trust WRAL?The driver, identified by CATS as David Fullard, told him to move back away from the door and front of the bus, audio with the video footage indicates. Tobias walks up to the driver and asks to be let off the bus. The driver, David Fullard, tells him it’s not a designated stop and motions for him to get back. An argument then starts.

A passenger from the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Stanford Cardinal Merry Kissmyass 2023 shirt Furthermore, I will do this rear of the bus approaches the bus driver and asks him to let him off the bus before a stop and Cagle confirmed during the press conference that is what led to the altercation. So, you are telling me that bus company, WITH security cam shot of the passenger with gun, would actually discipline the driver for letting that guy off? Really, I believe that Driver was damned if he did and damned if he didn’t, especially if the Bus Service was a Municipal one (I also used to work for a Municipal Government and the shit that goes on is eyebrow – raising). There is more than likely a Rule that Drivers can’t let people off at anywhere other than a Stop, and the Driver was in fact not being an asshole, but just following the Rules.
