There was a looongg list of what Americans call shenanigans involved with the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Denver Broncos Merry Kissmyass 2023 shirt also I will do this whole Brexit debacle for a starters, here’s a few. It was only at the start an ‘opinion’ finding referendum. Not everyone voted. The margin was within a few percent. Many people thought it was only a means of expressing protest. Many popular claims about the EU were inaccurate to say the least. There was a distinct PR presence hence why its even called ‘Brexit’. Campaign finances regarding the issue were dubious at best, as a follow on from the AV crowd. It was overly simplistic, literally no nuance. It carried over to the 2019 general election as a single issue. etc.

While I understand and I even agree with the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Denver Broncos Merry Kissmyass 2023 shirt also I will do this Mets cheif that there is not really a good reason why the police should need to be constantly babysitting the mentally ill, when they should rather be dealing with crime. There are, after all, entire institutions in the UK designated and designed to deal with these issues. Socal services and mental health services across the UK are buckling at the weight of their responsibilities. They have not had the necessary funding or support for years and since Covid, their demand has gone up, their staff levels have, I understand at best stagnated, and their funding reduced. With so many people now requiring some level of mental health needs and their staff having neither the time or resources to deal with it all, the police have been a bandaid to a much larger issue for a number of years now, all across the country. I understand why he wants to pull his staff back to their actual job and get that done, as law and order in this country is as much a mess as anything else. Still, I have known the issues the police now won’t be attending. Without them supporting those emergency mental health calls, just means in the end, they will be going out to more issues down the road. Going out to people who have gotten to a point they are not just a nuisance with minor mental health issues, and are now a danger to themselves and possibly also others. Unfortunately I think they already know this anyway.
