For me the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Deadpool Merry Kissmyass 2023 Shirt moreover I love this work is well worth it because there’s really no other reasonable option – you feel the emotion whether you want to or not and, if not, it unfortunately controls your life and prevents you from realizing deeper states of well-being. Though there is occasional apparent regression, I do feel lighter everyday. Yes, essentially they’re talking about the same things. Hawkins approaches it more from a psychologist / researcher perspective as contrasted with Singer’s yogic perspective. Hawkins is more descriptive about the process and the states of experience. Hawkins is also, in my opinion, a bit gentler in his approach whereas Singer can be more blunt and unforgiving. I need to reread Power of Now. It helped, but I read it during a time of extreme anxiety and I feel like my mind wasn’t clear enough to soak it up. This past week, the concept of separating thoughts from myself has finally begun to sink in. Our perceptions and thoughts are not reality. Even if one day it is, in this present moment it is not. Still trying to figure out how to not overanalyze the past as much though. I know the past is unchangeable, but the rumination tends to get me.

I also have issues ruminating about what happened in the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Deadpool Merry Kissmyass 2023 Shirt moreover I love this past, and attaching myself to that suffering. What I realized yesterday: maybe we can’t change the past, but we can change the perspective or the narrative of that past. We can change our focus from the negative things that we hold onto in the past, and decide to look at that same past from a perspective of gratitude, and practice this new narrative until it becomes the new version of the past. For example: I’ve had a quite tough childhood, in which many things happened that affect me to this day. I tend to look back at my childhood and see it as a time of loneliness, pain, bullying, trauma,… But lately, I’ve been trying to think about the things that díd go right: the small encounters with kind people on my path that showed me that not everyone has bad intentions, how I discovered joy in reading and art, how lucky I was that I actually made friends that took me in as their family… This, I realized, is ALSO my past and if I choose this narrative, it seems like the rumination disappears and is replaced by gratitude
