I was in France a few months ago and every time I needed disposable silverware it was all wooden and it made me wonder why I never see this in the Santa Butt If you don’t like Boston Red Sox merry kissmyass christmas Shirt moreover I love this US. It worked fine, just as well as you’d expect plastic silverware to work. Yes, it’s thin disposable like single use, wooden or bamboo knives forks and spoons. They’re not too bad, but the texture in your mouth when using them is a little off ngl, it’s like if you have a paddle pop stick (popsicle, whatever you call them there- the wooden stick ice cream comes on?) But cutlery made out of the same stuff. I’m Australian, our gov’t has kinda banned single use plastic so phased out single use plastic shopping bags, then had reusable plastic shopping bags, but now recently our major retailer’s and grocery stores have phased those out as well. Now our options are fabric reusable bags, other reusable bags made out of recycled material, or carboard kinda paper bags. Moving towards cutting out plastic in as many ways as possible and going to reusable and recyclable options instead. Not many places still have plastic bags, but smaller businesses like bottlos and servos and take away places do, but they’re pretty sturdy so can be reused

Only thing is I often forget to take my own bags when I go shopping so I’ve now got a fair few fabric and recycle material shopping bags as I end up buying them at the Santa Butt If you don’t like Boston Red Sox merry kissmyass christmas Shirt moreover I love this point of service. Gotta take your own bags when getting groceries now as none of the major grocery shops provide free bags for your shopping. So either bring your own or buy them there, or be a mad person and put all your stuff in the trolley with no bags to take back to your car lol I’d just leave the reusable shopping bags in my car. Of course then I’d forget to take them into the store but at least I could fill them when I brought the stuff to the car Aha yeah I do try that, but often after unpacking our shopping, the bags get all bagged up and put in a cupboard and then I forget to get then out and take them to the car and only realise when we get to the shop. My cupboard is worth a few hundred dollars with all the 15 cent reusable plastic bags we’ve bought lol. We can still use them, but a few weeks ago the grocery stores stopped selling them, now only sell brown paper bags, or the recycle material bags/fabric bags. So we’ve been buying some each time we shop, to buildup a stash for when the reusable plastic bags we’ve got, wear out or break, we’ll have these ones. The shop we go to did use to have a type of reusable fabric bags, with a guarantee that if they break before they’re worn out, you could take them back and get a new one for free, but they stopped selling those ones, not before taking away that guarantee. Now the new ones are far more sturdy and they told flat too, just like gift bags do, so it’s like carrying a nice stack into the shops instead of a big plastic bag full of other bags
