I will never understand people who buy a new iphone every single year. The changes no longer make a practical difference, and haven’t for years. Iphone 8 plus being used since 2018. The cracks dont bother me now that i know that we will never get aluminum phones again. Is anyone else upset Apple got rid of the Running The Country Is Like Riding A Bike Joe Biden Fallen T-Shirt and I will buy this clicky home button? It was so cathartic. Understand why it had to go but damn is it missed. i switched from iphones to android 8 years ago and honestly ive been able to use the same phone for soooo much longer. ive had only 2 android phones in those 8 years I hate this mindset and standard that we NEED a new OS/phone every single year. My phone is still usable, two Android versions behind and reaching EOL status in a month or so, but it works fine. Sure, fine. Still… does having an out of date security really put that big of risk? I have old tablets and such that are waaaaaay past their prime and it’s fine. Should I replace my $1500 TV because it doesn’t get updates? Should I replace my car stereo system because it doesn’t get updates? Should I replace my thermostat because it doesn’t get updates? I’m still using a iPhone 7 Plus. It works perfectly and I will use it until they no longer update it. I got it for a reasonable price with 128gb so has all the space for my apps and music. Why would I need to buy something newer? I have other shit to buy

Running The Country Is Like Riding A Bike Joe Biden Fallen T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Edit: I did replace the Running The Country Is Like Riding A Bike Joe Biden Fallen T-Shirt and I will buy this battery a while back, got it for like $15 on Amazon and did it myself. So now it is really good. Edit 2: I do use an otter box case with tempered glass protector. I’ve dropped it several times and still perfect. Just prepare and treat your shit well. Longest I’ve had one last was 4 years before the battery gave up. Only reason I upgraded was to get 5G, although I will say the upgraded camera is definitely welcome. You don’t need the newest latest and greatest phone as soon as it comes out, if it doesn’t have a feature you need there is no reason to buy a new one. People really need to understand this, waiting in line for the latest iphone is just as stupid now as it was in the past. I am just approaching the 5 year mark on my Samsung Note 8. The battery on it is just now starting to die, where I get maybe 4 hours of Reddit and YouTube before it needs a charge, so I stuck it in a cheap high capacity battery case which lasts a couple of days if I need it to. It’s a little weak on storage (64GB + 256GB removable), so I would like a TB to be able to store more videos at full resolution. The camera still keeps up. For most normal pictures that would be displayed on the phone or TV, it is hard to distinguish from my sons iPhone 13 in most cases, though I would like improved low light capability, 8K video, and more than 12 megapixels.
