came here looking for someone else that saw that news. Disney basically said they don’t support the Running T-Shirt But I will love this bill but at the same time donated to the politicans that made it happen. Boycott disney and everything they own. Fuck em Wait, what? How does this work with Disney being openly supportive of the gay community and doing gay parades? They even sell pride-branded Disney merch. So confusing! I am genuinely done playing this game. If I am paying you and I see ads I will cancel your service and pirate your content. Well crud, now i have to reconsider having Disney+. I generally have a policy of not supporting pay+commercial services even with a no commercial tier. I still remember cable.

Running T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Protip: get uBlock origin browser extension and it will block video ads on sites like YouTube and Hulu. Then cast from the Running T-Shirt But I will love this browser to your tv. If they’re adding ads why would I pay? Same shit that made me get rid of Hulu. Ads, or paid. No double dipping. Peacock still shows ads on some movies even though I pay for the version without ads. Fuck Peacock. I’m canceling as soon as I’m done binging Yellowstone. I can only imagine a hike is coming. It looks like Hulu may be on it’s way out with more mature content and better parental controls coming to D+. That would mean raising the cost over time to be closer to the combined cost. disney is betting on the complacency of people and their laziness. we may all feel that a life of shanteys is for us, but lazy complacent people are gonna be like “eh, why should i go torrent this? it’s only five bucks more and i get instant access”. but i think that only works with customer acquiral. having your customers watch ads for a non-zero price is pure greed and nothing beyond extreme penny pinching explains it. enjoy people pirating your shit en masse Netflix floats this idea every few years and the response is always negative enough for them to decide against it Disney has the balls to actually test it in the wild. Whatever you think of the corporation, it’s a bold experiment and I can’t wait to see the result.
