This is an amazing realization and I’m so glad you decided to share it here and I celebrate the Rory McIlroy Northern Irish professional golfer Retro Bootleg T-Shirt In addition,I will do this fuck out of you for coming to this space. As a side note, we can get really focused on what we don’t want to be experiencing. That’s a great piece of information to have, and it’s incomplete. The real question for this example is “if I was not experiencing stress and anxiety, what would I be experiencing instead?” With focusing on what you don’t want to have, your focus is brought back to all the points of stress and anxiety time and time again. When you figure out what it is you would be experiencing instead, you create a new frame of where you’re bringing your focus. This allows you to start recognizing where you already have the thing you’re wanting and start moving towards things that will bring you more of that.

This is very beautiful, thank you for sharing, and I resonate deeply with what you are sharing, for me unspeakable trauma became the Rory McIlroy Northern Irish professional golfer Retro Bootleg T-Shirt In addition,I will do this biggest gift because healing it through somatic therapy and various forms of body based meditations like yoga, Osho’s active meditations and qi-gong, became the road to both a deeper spirtual awakening as well as transformed who I am as a human being into a more compassionate, loving, joyful and peaceful person. It’s a powerful realization to recognize that the person you were before the trauma never experienced what you’ve gone through and overcome. Embracing your journey and the strength you’ve gained along the way can be a transformative mindset shift. I’ve had a similar experience to you, of feeling ‘less capable’ after trauma, but the way I like to think of it is that trauma is bound to happen even if you have the most stress free life (bereavement is inevitable) so the silver lining for me as I’m still young is experiencing this trauma sooner rather than later so I have the opportunity to lean how to ‘deal with it’ appropriately (with acceptance like you have). In other words I’m building the resilience needed for the rest of my life.
