Bar fights often have more severe outcomes than this and if they get picked up, it’s usually catch and release. No. This man suffered battery and assault. The young lady in question needs to take her own steps to ensure her safety, which should have included a pin change on the Roman Reigns Greatness Amongst You Goat shirt In addition,I will do this lock at the very least and probably her own police report. How it affects her should be a factor in his decision making progress but only because he should inform her that he’s contacting the police and she needs to take steps to protect herself from her obviously unstable ex. OP a crime was committed, and you should take good photos of the damage to your face and any other affected areas, then speak to a lawyer then contact the police.

So you can’t press charges against someone as a citizen of Ontario? The “CROWN”(state) decides if it’s IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE to pursue? Wtf kind of lawless land is this? First, why would you just let him use you like a punching bag? You don’t know his intentions… could have stabbed you, etc. Second, it might have been his pad. She just lied to you… you were banging his girl on his bed! Yeah, I would have clocked both of you and kicked you both out. Hell yes you should go to the Roman Reigns Greatness Amongst You Goat shirt In addition,I will do this police and hopefully press assault charges. That will really mess up his life a lot more than what he did to you. I got punched in the face by some idiot I didn’t know leaving a party when I was younger. No reason for it. Didn’t know the guy. I found out his name and went to the police. I had a witness who wrote out a statement. The police pressed assault charges on him. It messed up his university admission which was in the US. Not only can and should file charges with the police, you can also sue for damages. But of course, be cogniscent of if it’s worth it/if he can pay up. Does anyone know if there’s a Canadian version of the civil court? In the US, we could press criminal charges and also file a civil lawsuit to pay for medical expenses, emotional distress, etc. In the US you don’t press criminal charges either. You file a police report and the DA decides whether to press charges.
